Update 15th June 2021: I received a call from Falcon Fresh & they heard my complaint & informed they will take necessary action. Also they sent me a Full Box of Alphonso Mangoes as a compliment. I just hope the mistake what happened in my box doesnt happen again. The reason why i choose buying Alphonso Mango box from Falcon Fresh was i had ordered it previously & found the alphonso mango to be like what i get in Mumbai, India. The ones sold in openly in hypermarkets are always smaller in size & dont have that aroma of Alphonso which we get in the mangoes from Maharastra. The box which i received first time & also the box which they sent a compliment are large & once we ripen them at home, they taste exactly like what we consume in Mumbai, sweet & highly aromatic.My thanks to the person who noted down my complaint & acted swiftly and thanks for the Alphonso Mango box sent complimentary. If available i will buy Alphonso mangoes again from Falcon Fresh and hope the mistake that happened doesnt happen again.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Ordered Alphonso Mango Box from them 2 days ago, received it yesterday and they have sent a box where there are atleast 5 Kesar Mangoes. I am from Mumbai, India and every summer we use to buy Alphonso mango there and Kesar Mango are also abundantly available in Mumbai. U can make out difference between Alphonso and Kesar as kesar are longish in shape and the taste is completely different.

I placed an order with Falcon Fresh, unfortunately the car seat I ordered was out of stock. Shanthanu called to explain, got in touch with a supplier and informed me of when he could get it for. The seat was then delivered to Abu Dhabi within hours of him receiving it. Really excellent customer service, I would definitely use Falcon Fresh again.

We ordered 2 boxes of mango about 2 weeks ago. I was expecting sweet ones like the orders we got last year but I was a bit disappointed with our latest order. Until now we are trying to finish the mangoes we got. 🙁 We are thinking of getting it from somewhere else next time.

They provide very good quality mangoes. I have been buying from them since last year. An excellent green when ripe Egyptian mango comes latter... Besides the Good Pakistani Chaunsa.. And if you can get hold of the best of all.. Anwar Ratol.. Enjoy the Alphonso now.
