If you are looking to buy somthing quickly that you forgot or get a quick snack, Zoom is a perfect choice. You cannot expect to find everything you need or have a lot of variety, but you will find most things there, especially most necessities. This branch us quite big as well relative to most other Zoom branches.

At the end of 2020 when every business is working on their online presence and making peoples life easier, Zoom is still far behind from the competitors with zero online ordering facility.Not only that, but they never bothered updating their real-time stock on third party apps like Talabat or Instashop..I had so many orders cancelled after placing it simply because the items were out of stock while showing available.One day, a more adaptable business will take over and Zoom will just vanish.

Love Zoom for convenience, great quality fruits and veggies and niche products such as Cadburys ice cream! Definitely more expensive than a Lulu or Carrefour, but great for quick buys close to home or work.

One kind store for all your day to day requirements, though quite expenseive as compared to other such stores.

Nice and friendly staffs - Dennis, Magdalene, Rachel, Ahsan, security guy etc. Very attentive to requests and I can see they are very patient with other unreasonable customers. Keep up the good work :)

This Zoom is much better than the one nearby as the staff actually use both tills! Not just one like the lazy bums at the other Zoom. There’s also a second floor to continue your search for the mythical toilet brush.

Same as any other Zoom, 4 stars because i did not get what I wanted, there are only alternatives like bakery croissants but no pre-packed once, crisp have a few international flavors but missing the once u find in literally every other store, not that it is a bad place but seems to be focused on a certain audience.

Prices of food and items not marked clearly and very poorly marked when done and often different price when at check out..sometimes 20-30% higher. Staff dont seem to care and manager never seems available.ill avoid this as much as I can!

The cashiers over there are just playing with the delivery guys. Anytime I am placing an order cashiers send my orders incomplete. They do not even call to inform that they actually do not have that product in the stock. I dont have to add that the basic things they dont have them in stock.WORST SUPERMARKET EVER! PLAYING WITH THE DELIVERIES AND GETTING AWAY WITH IT WITHOUT ANY ACTION FROM THEIR BRANCH MANAGER!!!!

Its a mini supermarket offering dry goods, pastries, coffee, and a bunch more. A go to place for your usual needs.

I was trying to post a review for the store at City Tower 2 but it is not shown on the map so I am posting it here. I work in the building and typically shop there every day for drinks and food. I used to buy pastries from their bakery every couple of day but after the experience I had a few days ago, will no longer buy pastries. After I bough a couple of pastries and brought them to the office, I opened the bag and a small roach was inside. I spoke to the guy that works there about it and he just shrugged it off, his was basically not surprised, nor he promised that something urgently has to be done. Needless to say, I will stick with pre-packaged products from now on when buying from Zoom...

Its a big version of zoom supermarket thats around dubai, its has many things starting from bakery fruits even the cleaning products, only problem its pricy a bit more expensive than the big shopping malls of course.The staff are helpful and they can deliver to your place
