If you buy from this place they will call and bother you million times to ask for your opinion about the products you bought from them and ask you to put a review. This is the second time you wake me up from my sleep so you can get a review. Here you go. One star and I wish I can put worse. I put food from your place why the hell do you want to know if the food was good or not? Isn’t one time enough or you are desperate for a review? The food I bought was frozen octopus, I will use it whenever I want, I don’t need you to call me million times to ask if I used it or not.

Poor Service. Order was processing for a week and over the following week called them 5 times. I was promised a call back with an update. Instead the order was canceled. Lucky I opted for Pay on Dilivery. I wouldnt buy from them again. Dont be fooled by the prices.

Cheater company in Dubai... Specially abdul azi and heena aziz.. The company took work from the employees and then Restigate without prior notice and salary...I have very bad experience In my whole life.No. 1 lukkhi company..So guys if you are dealing with this company, dont do specially vendors. Owner eats all the money even sweepers money too.Reply....I have proof that you cheated with your employees. But First before file against me, take care about your company otherwise Dubai government will back to you. If you need any documents let me know.. I have proof.

They dont deliver on time (over a week delay) and frozen food arrives completely defrosted! Besides, their customer service is the worst in the UAE. Never order from this venue. Ill be filing an official complaint.

I made the order which was supposed be delivered next day, next day they called me and said that they dont have delivery man available so delivery will be made the day after. So on the day of arranged delivery I called them few times, and they was informing that the delivery man is making other orders and supposed to arrive to me by 4 pm, I then contacted them at 4 pm ( AS NO ONE ARRIVED OR EITHER CALLED) , they informed me that they have CANCEL my order COZ THE PRODUCT IS NOT AVAILABLE!!! If you dont have any products available you need to inform your clients when they make the order, not let them wait your delivery for 2 days, and then cancel the order without any notification! Very bad orginised company, wasting time of their costumers!!! It was my FIRST and LAST time to order.
