Charging additional margin on card payment. When I cross verify, the accounting staff was arrogant. In lieu I told them to cancel the transaction, but they complete the same will out informing.
One of the best Amer services and very friendly staff. I had to renew my wifes visa. I collected the information on documents required from 8005111 and went prepared with all the documents. The officer took time to verify the original documents, scanned them, asked for clarifications and it was done.
Very frustrated. Had to wait for almost 2 hours just for amendment to my existing Emirates ID application. I had to visit this place as they have originally submitted my Emirates ID application. No token system and no proper queue. seating order in the sofa is most likely the queue. Out of 2 counter, 1 counter was busy for 2 hours with 1 person and other person had to manage the people waiting. It’s high time to make these online application typing and payment online and available for everyone, not just via typing Centre’s.
Poor service . I had to wait for hours just get Residence visa cancellation.

All other services were good except for the emirates id typing. Been waiting for almost an hour and nobody is attending for emirates id typing. I hope theyll take action for this concern.

What i face problem the stuff not check list of your family visa missing documents will be the result 2nd the stuff busy to talk there own people not focus of your problem .they not reply your email you visit again and again to clearing missing documents I hope there look what going on what they doing and will make some email system if documents missing

This was the worst experience of my 10 years in Dubai. Received the incorrect advice resulting in overstay, loss of visa deposit and penalties after being forced to return to their offices no less than 5 times.
