Al Twar Center, for businesses agencies and offices for doing documents of residency, companies registration, house rental and too many other governmental and non governmental services , like Official Dubai Court branch, and also printing services and money exchange, all staff follow health instructions for COVID 19.

A truly superb experience, everyone I dealt with from reception to the person that assisted me with my Ejari were friendly and went out of their way to assist. Service was quick and efficient.

Located just across the road from a business centre for all your government services, it’s got your everyday shopping options whilst you’re in the area.Most of the residents find the services in the centre quite useful while they dash through Al Qusais. Chances are, you’ll need a pick-me-up to finish off your errands if you’re stopping by the business centre.Services include a pharmacy for picking up prescriptions, a tailoring shop for alterations, an optician and DNATA for travel services. If you fancy some refreshments, you can stop over at Caesar Restaurant & Confectionery for something light to eat or drink.

My landlord did not cancel the previous Ejari hence the new one could not be registered but she did not hesitate to let me know what needs to be done. The process was smoother than expected. A worst customer service experience from Al Taresh (Real Estate Services Trustees)One counter is managed by a Supervisor who is responsible for issuing the token numbers only.Surprisingly I noticed that the supervisor start accepting customers without token number while others with token number are waiting in the queue including ladies.

I had been in this place the staff is useless they even know how to talk to people.I had to renew my wifi visa i spend 1 hour in waiting and after reaching the staff they said my documents are incomplete even i lost my emirates id there they even dont care. The same day i went to burjumaan Al deyafa Govt transactions they treat me well even got my visa processed in 5 minutes with the same documents.I will never recommend anyone to go al tawar , where the ladies dont know how to respect and talk in proper way to the customers.

Easily one of the best government centers in the UAE in terms of service and speed. Whether you go to Aamer or to Civil defense or to dubai courts section, your turn is usually up before you even get a chance to sit after taking a token. Even busy days would have you wait no longer than 15-20 minutes which is excellent. Highly recommended for all your government or business related transactions.

RTA placed a SMART TELLER MACHINE here, The following services are available in the smart channels. Vehicle Registration renewal service for individuals (for vehicles that do not need mechanical test) Lost/damaged registration cards replacement Plate number registration renewal. Through smart and e-channels without visiting any customer service center, Driving License renewal and lost license can be printed in this machine, you need to pay 320 Dirham for Lost Driving License, Only need the driving Licence Number and Birth year. Literally the governance is highly appreciable.

Very supportive and prompt response received on online support.. An update 12 Oct 2020.. I was told by online guy that there won’t be any fee but I had to cancel my old ijari as it was not renewed and had to pay an additional fee. need to update your knowledge online guy before guiding anyone..

This review is for the Amer Center at Al Twar Centre. Visited here for the renewal of my Wife’s residence visa. Really spacious, clean, systematic and professional service. Customer service is quite good. By the way, one of the agents who handled my case, did a typo in my wife’s name which caused me slight delay in getting the visa. But they humbly accepted the mistake and immediately fixed it within few hours. We all do mistakes, whats most important is accept the mistake and assist the customer to fix it. Thank You !!!

I read some good reviews here and how I wish I experienced the good customer service. was sitting had observed some of the ladies are rude to customer and cant even talk calmly to customers inquiries.so when my turn came on another lady was rude also talking to one expats who missed hes number. but after she attended me she just told me go toAl awir and did not give an explanation or try any means to help. we are expats and this offices run by local I hope they will be more humane dealing with expats who is also vital in this country to keep it running. And i hope manager will also observe customer service of thier staff how they deal and talked with customer. ..just disappointed.
