This is the fifth time I buy from this place and all I can say is this place is amazing! The products are of high quality, customer service was great and the staff were extremely friendly! Haven’t tried ordering online but I assume it’s satisfactory. One of the things I love about this place is that they always get new varieties of everything like Turkish Coffee, tea, vegetables, fruits ect..

First time Made an order online. Confirmed. They didn’t deliver they didn’t even call. When I called to ask they are like let’s see if we can deliver , we don’t promise any time etc. don’t take risk if you want your order to be delievered.

Directions wrong ! It took me to the back side of ab old building ap wadi nothing was there a cafteria pls fix the direction on google map waisted 30 minutes roaming

Products are good . Staff don’t know anything. Even I have shown a drink with a cherry on it and asked her , she didn’t know what is cherry . It’s better to keep 1 trained staff than 4

So bad experience I had to wait 4 days to receive my order but the status didnt change. when I called them they said no idea we will call you back. after all they said you have to wait 3 to 4 more days again because we dont have too many orders to your area
