My wife went to get a box of assorted date truffles to take it for a family dinner. After we choose a box they said that it will come with no tray inside because they are giving it to another customer who came after us and claiming they don’t have stocks. The manager came and she was embarrassing herself and her staff by being rude and dismissive of what we were saying. She didn’t even bother to offer any solutions and when we said we are leaving, she didn’t apologized and pointed us to the store next to them if we want to buy dates and said “you will not find chocolate dates there though” we left the place disappointed and promised not to return back to Bateel after 10 years of being loyal customers. We were happy to find even better things at Daima next to them, the service and hospitality was so beautiful and there products to die for. They had a beautiful selection of products.

Bateels packaging is all class. The wanaan dates are to die for, beats chocolate and all deserts put together. The quality and variety and presentation are top notch.

The date truffle price was 130 dhs on the display and we were charged 195 when paying . Service is horrible price is not update on the display .This worst bateel outlet .

Awesome dates n chocolate...Great customer service!!

I’m not happy with them. I went to buy a small box of chocolate and i told them my budget, but the staff were not helpful and although i showed them a copy of esaad card, they refused to give me the discount. It will be the first and last visit.

The best arabic coffee offered by a cafe shop in Dubai, also it offers the amazing date cakes which is not available in any other cafe shop among the ones that i have visited.
