Nice selection and great styles but not impressed with the quality and service. I had a simple issue with my shoe, where the front of the shoe came out as I was walking on cobble stones in Florence out of all places. I came in for a simple repair, which took two weeks, to just glue it back. Unfortunately it was a bad job, as the glue is sticking out. I could have done it myself it’s so bad. I advised the store rep and she just looked at me with glare eyes, with no solution.I left and won’t be coming back anymore. This was my shoe brand for ages but I’m sticking with Tod’s for the service.See the picture of the repair to understand how bad it was done.

I visited them for an issue with a pair of shoes. Unlike other luxury retailer in the same mall, staff at Ferragamo was professional and curtious. Irrespective of purchase store, they helped to resolve my issue promptly. Good service and customer retention strategies through exceptional customer service!
