They helped me in purchasing an Omega watch of my liking. Also, most importantly, customer care representatives at this store do answer phone calls and do answer back. I visited Omega shop at MOE yesterday to purchase the Speedmaster watch for my friend. I know nothing about watches but thanks to Melroys assistance I was able to get the details I needed prior to purchasing. He patiently answered my questions and even explained to me the steps on how to apply for a tax refund at the airport before my departure. It was definitely a stress-free experience thanks to Melroy.

Came in to inquire about a watch and the salesman was quick to tell me that he his busy right now with adjusting another customer’s watch and told me to take a seat, which led me to wait for about 10 mins without anyone attending to me, which was fine until 2 customers who entered after me were attended to by the same person who told me that he was busy, i am not sure as to weather this was done intentionally as to what my ethnicity was or was it something else, but it seemed like the salesman was picking and choosing as to whom he’d attend to, I was interested in getting a piece from omega but after this encounter, i am reconsidering.

When I visited, I dealt with Furkhan, the manager of the boutique. He and his staff were incredibly attentive, helpful and knowledgable. They had great suggestions.They made the process of buying a watch easy, enjoyable and seamless from start to finish - I will definitely be back!

Just purchased my Omega watch from this store. Very positive experience from the initial contact all the way up to picking up the watch. Special thanks to Melroy who made sure the watch would be delivered from the headquarters (it was not a current reference number), the whole process was smooth, watch got delivered ahead of the promised time!

Such a horrible experience with Omega store at Mall of the Emirates, Dubai .. so greedy and do not honor Omega international warranty or service standards, I bought a wrist band for my Ocean planet 45Mm Omega from Omega Store in Washington, DC and traveled home to Dubai, only to find that they gave me the wrong size, I went to MOE Omega store with my receipt and asked them to exchange it for the correct size ( remember this is Omega store mistake ) .. they started to give me the run around and made me wait for a month then told me I need to pay 1000 AED for the new band !!!! They claimed all different kinds of false claims.. like my band is “ used “ although it is still brand new only few days after purchase , not even installed ..!!!.. this is not the first time they do this.. does Omega the original company know about this customer treatment ? What is the benefit of buying from a “ respectable “ brand then ?? I am so disappointed and I will never buy again from MOE Omega store or any other brand from this dealer... it is the principle of greed guiding the service not honest good service earning customers.

I bought my very expensive Omega in Europe and after coming back home to Dubai, I couldn’t wait to wear it and enjoy it. However after a day the dial fogged up, I was desperate and I immediately contacted Omega, they told me to go to an official Omega store and they would check it. So first thing I did I went on google and searched Omega official boutiques and I chose the Mall of Emirates boutique because of its reviews. And I can happily confirm that I was very very happy with the service I received from the staff at the shop in particular I must thank Melroy who calmed me down and reassured me immediately. He is polite, professional and knowledgeable of Omega time pieces. The watch was send to the technical office and within a week it was completely refurbished and shining. I have not had a problem since and I will for sure be visiting Melroy for my next buy. Thank you, Neil

The seller is very rude and unfriendly to customers. On October 15, 2020, 23.35, we came to the Omega store. Before that we were at Rolex, Breitling, Hublot, Tag Heuer, etc. and none of these premium brands asked to wear plastic wrap when trying on watches. Even Rolex didnt have these made-up rules. There is only a terrible attitude towards customers.My husband was in sportswear and this rude man judged us only by our appearance. If it was because of COVID .... But in this particular case, the seller did not even tell us to use a disinfectant. Hes just rude. We came with a specific purpose to the store - to buy a watch. Now we definitely will not buy this brand, and even more so in this store. So guess what watch my husband is going to buy? Of course NOT OMEGA.PS. Only girl-seller was very nice, Rachel, I liked her manners.
