We just happened to casually browse through the store at Dubai mall. Very quickly we were assisted by Rohit. We told him what we were looking for and he with a lot of energy started showing us the options and explained each time piece so well. We spent enough time there just listening to the expert explain every watch we liked in detail. Unfortunately the watch we liked was not available for sale. He took our contact and said he will get back to us as soon as it was available. We walked away from the store and in less than 10 mins Rohit called us back saying he has arranged for the piece we wanted. We ran back to the store and booked it right away. Just how he explained about the watches and the brand was so convincing we got another one. We left the store with not one but two Omega’s. What a wonderful asset Rohit is to the store and the brand on the whole. We will definitely come back and refer Rohits customer service to our friends and family.Thank you for making our first purchase at Omega a memorable one.

Despite the fact that I bought two watches, I had to deal with someone there called Rohet, extremely unprofessional, turned my experience from a luxury into a disaster, why such a guy is in direct contact with customers for such luxury brand!! I don’t get it! They changed the strap of a brand new watch for my friend and made four scratches on the watch, and they are telling its ok , these are “ hair scratches” what the hell !!!!!!!!!! Are we buying 40 thousand dirhams watch from a luxury boutique or in some low class open market bazaar, which is a place that someone like Rohet will fit in more properly !

This was an extremely special gift for someone I love, and from my first phone call (and the four subsequent) it was as if he knew, and it was his goal to ensure my experience was perfect. He achieved this and then exceeded. His attention to detail, his effortless engagement with me felt personal, and reflected his obvious passion for every piece that carefully chooses it owner.The term Brand Ambassador is easily used, however Kareem defines the phrase. After waiting for nearly 3 months , Omega ( MOE ) finally brought me my replacement wrist band ( took the wrong size and gave me the correct size FOC ), that was nice, so I changed my review stars rating accordingly.The 3 stars rating now accounts for the delay in execution only, but at least they came through.

This is the largest Omega boutique I have ever visited. It has an amazing collection of watches. Staff is more than professional ans friendly. Boutique management is extremely customer focused. If anyone is thinking about buying a new watch, visit this boutique first. You will not find a better experience. Ask for Crishantha, you will know why after dealing with him.

Today I received excellent service from staff member Colleen. I was immediately greeted and offered assistance. I did not go to the store with a specific watch in mind and she quickly and efficiently put together a selection for me to choose from. She then beautifully gift wrapped my order and included a gift card for me to personalize which i really appreciated.

Worst experience ever. They don’t even know how to serve customer. Having a really bad attitude to customer when negotiating price and the sales are so unprofessional and disrespectful. Thy were all chatting and flirting around in other languages when serving us. If you want omega, it’s worth to take taxi to other dealer rather than them in Dubai Mall.

I visited the store for a repair of the chronograph and when I received the watch the chronograph reset was damaged and had to go back to the shop. Be aware that I was the one that found the error, so double check there workmanship. Also, they tried to get me to pay with cash which is odd considering this is a high end brand.

My experience in the Omega store felt like entering the Watch House or Hour Choice store. Staff has very low experience in customer service. No greeting when I entered, and they seemed so confused. I dont recommend this store to anyone who wants to buy an Omega watch.

An employee tricked us into buying an Omega Collection, a blue diamond watch, worth close to forty thousand, and two days after the purchase, we returned to the branch to destroy the Valpetri and the chain was scraped. They said pay the sum of two thousand to exchange spare parts, including petri, diamond and polesnak!!!! A watch that was worn by an hour alone, and a carton and a guarantee. Staff scammers
