Rip off pricing, whilst I appreciate minutes as a life saver at times the pricing is an absolute rip off. Changing a key fob battery which is hard to get but available at around 15-20 AED they charged 53AED, the excuse was the service, asked if I could just have the battery and I change it myself? Sorry Sir same price. Service to change the battery took 10 seconds. I did expect to pay more, would have been happy to pay 30 or 35 (I know minutes) but this just took the biscuit. In future will avoid whenever I can

They don’t have costumer service. I give my phone to change LCD Screen the change but after same month it is showing line and I give to change LCD screen and they didn’t accept my phone because it has small scratches it is not big issues. They are telling me because of this scratches the will not accept and the didn’t inform me before. A lot of time call call centre but they don’t care. Can you help me to change my LCD screen.

Tanweer fixed all our broken watches in less than 1 hour. He was very professional and an expert when it comes to repairing watches. He knew exactly what the watches needed to be fixed. We took in 10 watches with 12 batteries and all are fixed very quickly. He also gave us discount! Very happy with his service. Look for him when you need watch repairs. Highly recommended.👍

I visited the shop 3 days ago in MCC, i went there to do key copy, i was assisted by one guy his name is Buddhi, he was very helpful, friendly and patient, while i was waiting the key, i asked him for gifts options, he offered me to do things like key ring, cup, and many other opinions for gifting, I chose to do a mouse pad as a gift for my friend in her birthday, they did it very fast, and i was very happy from all the staff there, plus i love the mouse pad with a lovely photo of my friends cat 🐈Big thanks for all the team there, special thanks for Buddhi who was realy very patient and professional.
