I had to get a bottle of perfume engraved (bought from Harvey Nichols) and ended up visiting the store multiple times because either the engraving machine was not working or the person responsible for engraving was not available.The reason Im still giving this place a 4* instead of a 1* is because of their Armani perfume customer rep, Daria. Shes was so polite and lovely, and helped me finally sort out everything. I really appreciated her patience :)

Disappointed! I was kicked out of the personal shopper room. While I was sitting down on the sofa with my wife and waiting for my aunt to finish fitting, some woman approach me ad said that here is VERY IMPORTANT CLIENT and you have to leave the area because this person dont want you to be here. I mean, excuse me, I am the client as well and honestly, the amount of money my family spent at Harvey Nichols makes us at least regular clients! You should love every client no matter what. Very unhospitable place, staff! How could you say something that can you go out of this area, because the VIP client doesnt want you to be here?????????? I hope the head management will take this comment into consideration while hiring the personnel!!!!

Got a 1300 yves saint laurent heels from them and the heel tip broke. They wouldnt even give me a replacement tip without the receipt!!! Even though i offered to pay for it. Worse service ever.
