If you guys had a chance to visit Mall of Emirates please try this amazing dates shops. They have many selections of dates with all good and tasty filling. The staffs who took my order was really nice as well

I have never seen an amazing service like this before . Blanca from Emirates Mall branch was. Very welcoming and sweet and she helped us with our arrangement beautifully . We always choose Bateel for our special occasions 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I’ll be honest, their food is good, the venue is delightful. But the service... it’s horrific. It took us almost 45 minutes to place out orders, and about an hour and a half to get our food. I really don’t think they’d fill out quite as much as they do if they weren’t located in the mall.

The place and the food is fine as I am a regular costumer. But the costumer service is horrible especially from the supervisor whose name is Wojteck.I came with my 9 month pregnant wife to have breakfast and saw him fighting with another costumer about no being able to seat him due to social distancing rules. I put my name first on the waiting list with a lovely Filipino waitress and stood few meters away. after 5 minutes I saw people leaving the table so I went to the reception and told Wojteck that I have registered with his coworker and my name is the first name. He was being very rude and said there are people ahead of you which was not the case as I was the first on the waiting list. I pointed at wife and told him she is 9 months pregnant and you want to give the table to someone else. HE SAID I DONT CARE. I left the place and complained to the mall information desk.He called me on my phone after couple of hours taking to me in a disrespectful way saying he doesnt want to talk to me but he has to. I told him to call me back only if he knows how to respect customers otherwise let his manager call me. he didnt even bother to apologize for his behavior.

My husband and I had an enjoyable dinner last night, thanks to our hostess Hanifa. We dine at Bateel frequently because of the excellent quality of their food but last night meal was made even better because of Hanifa. She is welcoming, smiling, friendly and attentive. She responded to our requests willingly and very politely. I am looking forward to dining there again.

I guess its good only for coffee and dates, not meals. Had the worst salmon quinoa, literally no taste.

We ordered the signature dishes, 95 dirham a dish, meat balls and stuff corn-fed chicken, totally a waste of money, absolutely not delicious!

It took them 20 minutes to notify me that the item i ordered and paid for is not available!!!!

It’s an amazing cafe, vast collection kind of pastries and coffee available nice service also.. if anybody is going to Mall of Emirates I’ll surely suggest this Bateel Cafe

A good Cafe and a shop to taste desserts. If you want buy a quality dates from Dubai then this is one of the ideal place. But lit bit over priced for its quality.

This review is for the Bateel store in MOE. Terrible experience while trying to make a purchase. A tall bald gentleman who seemed to be the manager was particularly rude and had no idea how to address customers. Rude enough for us to leave the shop without buying anything.

A great place to pick up some of the best Middle Eastern treasures- dates. Bateel provides the market with a variety of dry dates either stuffed or original as well as chocolates in elegant boxes. Other products include dates infused cookies and biscuits, olive oil, balsamic vinegar to name a few. This is a must go shop for souvenirs from the middle east. Suggested products to try- wannan with pistachio & fresh kholas dates
