The store is near to our community. The staff is very friendly and supportive when I was trying to plan to buy a Montblanc item for a gift. Rahul had been given supportive and taken an extra effort to get the stocks. I really appreciate his professionalism as I know we are both employees here in Dubai but the respective given to customers such as me is very appreciated. I would like to appreciate his colleague Vigay (please forgive if I couldnt spell his name right) in preparing the items for the gift.

I would recommend you to deal with their professional staff especially Digvijay, he was assisting me from the first moment I entered the store with everything I needed. I bought an item in Monblanc Ibn Batuta Mall and Rahul was very accommodating. He suggested a lot of items based from my budget and even gave the best option. Worst experience in My life. I got some stuff from them and decided to change my bracelet to smaller size after wearing it one time for few hours and they refused and trying to say non sense excuses. Even there excuses are against them when they said that it is not shining that means it is bad quality and they are responsible for it. Very bad customer service and very mean stuff. If you want to buy Montblanc products get it from other places than here

This shop needs to focus on service for existing customers rather than just trying to sell new big ticket items. In-store they cant even provide a quote for a new strap for a watch and dont call back after requesting for the same. They have lovely products but if they dont support after-sales the products (particularly watches) are soon useless...
