This is a so amazing store with crazy but beautiful items which make me so exciting.

Terrible customer service. Same bag broke twice after being repaired (handle felt off after 1use) its been 3 months now that they still havent return it. Manager constantly not avaliable, staff unhelpful and rude. Been promised to be updated about the progress - never received a call, I am the one who has to constantly call and check and then be told that it is my fault that bag is broken even tho its the faulty screw from the handle. The worst experience when it comes to shop in any of PP shops
