They have good variety of charms to choose from, the big charms were super big and covered almost all of the cover which I didnt realise in pics. But they looked super. Customer service was very good too!! It makes a great gift and would definitely recommend Custom Factory!!

The products are of super quality and are absolutely beautiful!However, when ordering the rose gold passport cover- know that there would probably be a difference in colour. Its more of a silver tone, but when in the sunlight, a slight pink tone is there.Also, I would advise to be really specific when making notes about the placements of the name and charms to avoid any misunderstanding happening as this happened to me.Other than that, I would recommend Custom Factory as their quality is fantastic, packaging is lovely, andafter all the misunderstanding, I did get a new passport cover done correctly on behalf of Custom Factory.

Honestly the customer service isn’t bad, it’s disgusting and rude and very unprofessional, I haven’t encountered in my life customer service that speaks to their clients or customers in a rude manner.. I was asking him kindly to send me the location and they responded “you can google it” I don’t think that’s the nicest thing to say, atleast you can say for accurate location you can google us or any of that, horrible horrible and even on the phone, first someone very unprofessional that doesn’t speak English picked up, and then someone else started speaking and again was very unprofessional, never dealing with them again, I found alternatives that are more expensive, startup local brands but are worthy of support because of the good manners that carry while dealing with the customers

Anyone who is planning to make new order with this unprofessional team beware!!All the positive reviews are from customers who received good result. But for me they provided an item which is not at all well crafted. The alignment of name, charms and quote were not equal. And when i raised a complaint against it the this people responded in very rude way and not even ready to resolve it. In the name of hand made work they have given me garbage which i cant carry with me for rest of the days. No alignment in work and cutting is not proper every-time you see the passport cover really getting frustrated.Doesnt even qualify for one start for their work.Paying more money for their poor work and additional cost for courier charge is for no use. This people are unprofessional and doesnt even show courtesy to customer.. dont get fooled by other reviews and their pictures.

I placed the order on Sunday of 2 passport covers, for a dear friend as a good bye present. 1st of all while placing the order i noticed i had some loyalty points, which helped in reducing the bill amount! Secondly i requested them to prepare it on or before Thursday! Which they did!On Wednesday i wanted to pick up the order, and when reached their shop was closed, i got furious as i went from sharjah to bur dubai rite after finishing work! Next day i called them and got upset, but what they did cooled me down big time! They apologized! Not only dis they arrange for same day delivery for me, but as a compensation they sent me a personalized tag for me as well!
