The doctors that my wife and I have seen here over the past few years have always been very good and helpful.The administration staff however are on balance, terrible.They make promises they don’t keep, make appointment bookings at the wrong time, don’t call back when they say they will, send inaccurate insurance cover requests and so on and so on.It’s such a shame as the doctors are lovely but with support staff this poor, it’s really not worth going to Mediclinic AR - go to a different provider instead where they pay attention properly and keep their promises.

Great clinic, excellent doctors covering both general family medicine and specialisms. The dentist and physio are also great. I only dropped a star because the front desk arent great, and one is bizarrely quite aggressive.

Ive been going to Mediclinic Arabian Ranches for years and I would never go anywhere else. Dr. Aagje is my gynaecologist there and she is the best. Always bubbly, caring and professional. I can highly recommend her to any woman out there.

Very erratic service. Depends on the doctors. High turnover so some are friendly and competent while the others are just pushing u out of the door.

If anyone is looking for a great OBGYN, look no further than Dr. Mesrure Kaplan. I highly recommend her as she is very experienced, professional at the same time understands what a woman goes through. I had visited several doctors before meeting her and was so happy to have met her (by chance as I dropped in for last minute appointment in my 8th month). Being a FTM I was quite nervous but she has this unique ability to instantly calm and reassure you and always explained things to me and made sure I understood and was comfortable.Thank you Dr. Mesrure for bringing our beautiful girl into this world.

I wish I can give them less than 1 star may be if there was zero star I would have given zeroFirst I can’t have an access to my lab reports and I had to call 4 times for the doctor to call and say that my reports are ok and they didn’t even sendSecond I was told because I am a walk-in I have to respect others appointments and wait when I said ok I have an appointment now I was told hopefully we can honor your appointment because I have to wait for other patients while other patients shouldn’t wait for me. I am not sure if this is the attitude with certain ppl or they just don’t like the way I lookThen amazingly the doctor ask the nurse to put slayem water in my hand which is burned and and infected and has a rash I am not actually sure what kind of clinic is this where doctors doesn’t have time to see patients but they still can give advices

Terrible Administrative service! Every single visit. Doctors are lovely, nurses are lovely but their admin process and operations needs help. Disinterested staff, argumentative and unhelpful.

Dr. Gayatri is an excellent orthodontist who knows her job well and cares for her patients. Shes humble, cooperative and listens carefully. My daughter is beyond happiness after 2 years of treatment with dr. Gayatri. Our paediatrician is dr. Indira Bakiya, whom we love and trust so much. In general, medical staff in Mediclinic Arabian Ranches is excellent, kudos for such a great team!

Im happy that Mediclinic Arabian Ranches is close to where I live. Their service is getting better and better. A couple of weeks ago, I went to see gynaecologist Dr Bais and she was excellent. She addressed all my worries and questions with clarity and expertise. She was also very gentle and checked if I was in any way uncomfortable during the examination. I highly recommend Dr Bais and Mediclinic Arabian Ranches.

Mediclinic is overrated, theyre popular in the UAE coz people love following brands. No one answers the phone and they put you through repetitive, annoying and endless voice messages.Their receptionists luck conversation skills, and just because a Karen felt she should be received before others and screamed at the unskilled poor little thing behind the counter, she ended up go first.. I am 50+, I have fever and unbearable pain, no one cared.More than 24 hours and no result yet. All I have to do is wait for my condition to get worse.

The clinic is ok, but I wishes there would be a 10 out of 5 stars recommendation for my Doctor, Dr. Aagje Bais, which is the reason why I keep on going back to Mediclinic Arabian Ranches. Its very hard to find a doctor that not only knows how to do an excellent job, but goes above and beyond for her patients. I have been seeing Dr. Aagje for years and I am beyond appreciative for her professionalism and care.

The Pedia Nurse made my daughter cry. She is not very accomodating.

Doctors are very good but unfortunately the admin is absolutely shocking. The waiting time before actually seeing the doctor is at least 30 min. The system is always down. To get a prescription is another 45 min. Don’t go if you don’t have 2 hrs to spare.

The best clinic I have ever been. Doctors are very qualified and experienced, they listen to your problems with much patience and give the right treatment. The front office is best one of kind in UAE. I receive the homely caring experience whenever i visit this clinic , because they work as a team to fulfill patient needs .A big Thanks

I have been having such experience whenever I visited Mediclinic Arabian Ranches but this time it is just not acceptable. Admin staff is really worst here. Day before yesterday when I visited them they asked me to do the blood test and x-ray. I waited for x-ray only to find out they don’t have anyone to do it so they asked me to come any day after 8 for both (given short staffing due to COVID I was ok with that). I visited them today sharp at 8 to find out1. X-Ray person is again not available and will only come by 9 (when they told me other day you can be here by 8)2. Blood test is not possible as insurance company approval hasn’t come. Helloooo then why didn’t you tell me that earlier and asked me to come at 8 AM in morning. You could have told me earlier that this require approval and we will call you for that. Why you are taking patients for granted..After this time I am never visiting you guys again (except emergancy). Really bad experience (and that too multiple time)

It’s taken me 5 years in Dubai to find the perfect doctor. I would 100% recommend Doctor Aagje - I’ve never felt more comfortable and at ease with a doctor in all my life.

From the doctors, nurses and admin, all are friendly and accomodating. When I did my tests there, the doctor called me on time to relay the results. Nurses are very helpful on all of my visits.

Had my physiotherapy treatment with Ms. liezle & Ms. Hayley they are so compassionate & understanding of my needs they’re helping me to recover from my neck pain.The Clinic and the admin staff was pleasant & approachable and I love coming back again.

Saw Dr Aagje (specialist obs/gyne) after a recommendation from a friend and cannot praise her highly enough. An expert in her field but also the nicest person and she really put me at ease. Thank-you!

Worst experience ever and will never go back !!!I booked an appointment as I had lot of pain and needed to do some analysis.The doctor was quite friendly, though she spent more time on the phone with the nurse than myself being in front of her. I was told the results of my analysis would take 4 days and was prescribed some medicine in case but without any information on what my issue was ...I was supposed to write an email for the results and maybe the doctor wouldn’t be here so I had to ask some colleagues.The next day my pain was worst so I called 3 times the clinic to be able to speak to the doctor or at least the nurse in order to know what to do next ... I emailed as well and never got any reply !!This clinic clearly couldn’t care less about you and are totally unprofessional. NEVER AGAIN !!!

I went to see Dr. M- the dermatologist. Unfortunately, he has zero people skills and bedside manner. That was the least of my issues, the real problem was that he was so condescending and uninterested in actually finding out my issue and reason for the visit. I ended up walking out halfway through the appointment. What a waste of time.

The doctors are excellent, especially the paediatricians. I found the nurses and admin friendly.I will be using the clinic again.

Terrible service. Went to get blood work done and after numerous phone calls. I have not received my results or a call back. It is a terrible place! Went with my kids and the system was down and so nothing could be prescribed either. Don’t think I’ll go back again.

I have been using Mediclinic Arabian Ranches for a few years now for both GP and specialist services and I have found their service and attention to any questions I may have to be very professional. I highly recommend them.

Im so happy with my Orthopedic doctor Dr. Kayvan Nojoomi but booking appointment is really an unpleasant experience. If it was not for my doctor, I wouldnt bother to go there, unfriendly and sometimes rude admission and reception staff

Twice I have been here in recent months for Ortho and Family Medicine. Physicians have been great but the follow up is awful. I never got my Physio appt despite many phone calls then my insurance approval ran out. I was called by my GP before she went on leave to let me know my results werent back yet but I would receive a call from the clinic when they came in. That never happened. Shocking follow up service by admin and nursing. And I dont like saying that being a nurse myself.

Avoid it if you can. Unwelcoming staff - you always seem to bother them when you come in and avoid the medical treatment at all costs. I went twice. Once for me and once for my 2 years old daughters - both time I had to leave in scare and go to city hospital - although it’s the same chain it’s 100 times better.They once wanted to put stitched on the head of my 2 years old, who half a little cut and even suggested general anesthesia because she was too agitated! I took her back right away, went to city hospital - they put two strips and all was fine- I can’t imagine that a doctor would suggest a general anesthesia on a little child for 2 stitches.I went today to have a bandage changed - the doctor seemed lost at the prospect of doing but went through. 2 hours later back home and in pain I realized that the bandage was not well done and the wound not properly clean... so had to go to city hospital again.AVOID THIS PLACE

So my son needed some dental fillings, booked appointments at Arabian Ranches Mediclinic, the quotation came some 9700+ dirhams for two sessions. But since the appointments were not working with his college schedule, we booked him at another clinic, a bit farther in Al Barsha.The quotation came at 2500 dirhams.Now I need to know, what was the difference in price for?Ive gathered a few theories1- The posh landscape surrounding the Arabian Ranches Mediclinic2- The-not-really-parquet vinyl flooring3- theyre robbing us

Our regular paediatrician is at Arabian Ranches Mediclinic Dr Indira Bakija, shes wonderful with my baby & always very caring and efficient. She listens and gives very good advice and doesnt like to give lots of medication if its not necessary. Appointments arent usually on time but for me I dont mind at all because its important that time is given to patients who need it and the lovely nurses always come to explain and apologise for running late. The receptionist staff are also welcoming, friendly and very helpful. It is always very clean and all round a good experience.

Ive had to visit this branch a couple of times this week and Im absolutely exhausted at the biased behavior of the billing staff.I sense that they discriminate on the basis of your religion and find a reason to belittle you. For example, they will purposely give you a hard time on your insurance coverage although the same aspect encounters no issues elsewhere.I particularly compared the behavior of the Philippino billing staff on duty this Saturday with other billing staff. She was an absolute bully but in a allusive manner.This is not the first time of this kind of behavior at this clinic and I regret coming here because of it. Fortunately the nurses and medical doctors are quite humble so I will not consider abandoning the clinic absolutely.

Pathetic service!! Visited a GP, gave a swab test to check if it was Influenza...has been 1 and half day no idea about the report and they never answer the calls. In most of the hospitals it takes just half n hr to get the report. Been here for first time and never going back

Awful clinic. Rarely answer phone. Grumpy reception staff. Over priced. After 3 days of fever and excessi e coughing we take our son there. Doctor listens to his breathuing says no problem just a little wheezing, he just has bit of infection and only give antibiotics if persists 2 more days. Well 2 days later he in hospital and they have diagnosed him with pneumonia. Absolutely disgraceful.

I have not been able to get through to this clinic since I was told that my prescription would be emailed (in a while), that was yesterday afternoon and still not a word from them and no one answers the phone!!!! Is it because they are short staffed and have too many patients? far from it!!!
