I have been following up since 1 week to connect the gas and they are not worried at all. I dont what will happen when I have to vacate the apartment. Now they are charging disconnection fees before connect as well. Omg 😲 what an unprofessional company is doing business in Dubai .

This company is the worst service ever i have seen zero qualityThey aredoing every thing wrongStarting from appointment to customer supportFrom the day one they are are sure that no one able to change them because you are forced to connect with them because the building have a contract with them . Finally every month they were asking me for bill payment , and i was paying regulary , then i found one time the bill has exceded 230 Aed , when i asked they said because this was 3-4 month consumption and we were predcting you consumptiob last 4 month , but when we checked the meter we give you the right meter readingEven they dont care to be polite with customersI hope Damac change them

If it would be possible to give -5starts I would. Worst company not just among gas companies but in general. They take the money for all these fees and deposits that they never in the end refund back. The little money that they say they will give back they never do. Level of incompetence is just astonishing! Definitely would not recommend their services to anyone but in fact if they are gas provider in the building I advise people to use electricity instead! Much cheaper and you don’t have to deal with such poor service.

Worst ever Gas company I have come across in my life... installation Aed 1350/- none other gas providers charge you, they have no equipment to fix and they promise free units for the amount they charge and aed 500/-returnable deposit.. I used their service for 6 months and no free units were given, no meter to read the usage, ultimately my whole amount is gone, they don’t have my deposit to refund also. I don’t know if any authorities know that these guys are stealing from public.

As per contract it should be 30 days refund but I had to call daily after 40 days to get a refund till I threaten them going to their office to get it in cash
