Decent service - Job was done quickly and efficiently.Job took longer than anticipated due to some miscommunication - but overall satisfied.

I suddenly find myself with no gas, I never knew we had to call them for recharge, no notification given before the gas was cut. When I called them, they sent someone only to collect the money and he advised he will come back next day with the recharged card! so two days with no gas! Lets see if he comes tomorrow. I was also asked to pay 664AEd for this, i asked for the breakdown but the guy can barely speak a word of English and was not able to give me any information!

I have known this company since 2014, In Emirates five towers at dubai silicon oasis and media city hotel in dubai internet city, they are the one who installed the LPG system installation, I was the Consultant there, I was impressed by their quality and technical services which they provided during the projects. Not a happy customer for them.. it supposed to be informed in advance about the charges and deductibles. Since the card was returned, that amount should also be refundable. Moreover the service is forced on us. If we dont want to use your service there isnt any other option. So in simple words you are forced on us.

Worst customer service ever at first they dont answer calls 2nd they dont respond on watsup 3rd they give wrong information. A week before my shifting I informed them to come and disconnect the connection they dont even bother to respond then after shifting my flat they came and now its been a week I am following up my deposit. At first they said we will receive cash refund on deposit then after 2 days they change the statement to bank transfers n now today on 20.02.21 they called me n informed me it will be by cheque that I have to come n collect from Der office. I mean seriously when u take deposit u come till our door n when its refund u dont even respond trust me WORST WORST SERVICE EVER

Ive had a contract with Eurotech gas service for couple of years. When I had some issue with my gas connection during this lockdown I expected that there would be a delay in having it fixed. I telephoned Eurotech in the morning and by lunchtime the team arrived & had it fixed. First class service.The team was on time, tidy, polite and efficient. Worst gas company in Dubai. Need to call them 15 times to get an answer. Need 3/4 days to come.Connexion charges and minimum amount to put is super expensive.Staff is rude. Been trying to have gas connexion since a week already.

To begin with, gas service is fine and well served during my stay in a building under Eurotech. Technician Amos is great and professional on his every visit for billing.However, when I was about to start process for disconnection, it took more than 1 week to finally processed until technician came to do so. As per contract it should only take 2-3 days, been following everyday with Coordinator Mr Dipindra, but he completely ignored my concerns. Promised 3 times that technician is on his way, and considering we already moved out so i have to go back to the building and waited for nothing!!!After 1 week and 3 days, finally Mr Subin technician supervisor came and disconnection done. For refund, he says will be contacted after 2 days.Until now no refund was deposited and Mr Dipindra keeps on saying tomorrow. It has been 1 week of wasted time. I believe your coordinator needs training on customer service, i dont think he can do his job because nothing was coordinated properly.Total waste of time and effort.

The company is fast to install and terminate service but when it comes to processing your refund cheque for security deposit, they are very slow. Prior to service termination, they would tell you it will only take 2-3 days to process the cheque but thats not true. Ive been waiting for my cheque for 7 days now. I do not recommend this gas company.

Overpriced and very poor service. They take deposit from you and over that they charge separately for prepaid card, which doesnt make any sense.Whenever you ask for a callback they dont call you, instead they WhatsApp you a number of concerned person as if they dont care about their customer.

- Theyve been unresponsive to my deposit return for 2 weeks. Ibrahim is my point of contact.- I reached out all day to see what time the technicians would come and received no response, then I get a call at 8:30pm once I was out for dinner and said they were 5 minutes away.- They do not let you know when they are coming read the meter. They show up randomly and expect you to have exact cash ready for them.
