They takes months to refund security deposits. Otherwise their service ate reasonable

The worst experience that i had recently especially when in emergency. On 25th June 2021 there was a gas leak in my apartment in Barsha. We realised the leak when i woke-up as the gas smell was allover. I tried emergency number for Royal gas through the call center. NO one picked up. After making several calls, one guy picks up and tells me there is no technician. I told him its emergency but they said it will take one hour. Sadly they showed no urgency even after calling emergency number of Royal gas. Such negligent companies should not be allowed to keep their license for doing business because they are not bothered about the lives of people. Hope it reaches the authorities.

You just cannot reach them (the contact number provided for dubai) , nobody picks up - either you choose emergency line extension or choose to speak to operator directly.Emergencies are suppose to be answered and actioned upon immediately, but nobody answers the call at the first place!!!!

Never answer the phone....its been 2 months since I vacated...no idea how I will get my refund...cant believe such company with this kind of pathetic service runs in Dubai....if any of Royal Gas guys see this message please reply...

Service is real fast and i liked the ease of refund transaction, Quick and easy..ONE Demerit was in spite of more than 10 Poster of NO SMOKING in there office , one clown was smoking inside the premises..

Located very interior area. For refund they provide only cheques which a person has to go their office and collect.

Lies and more lies from their offices and staff about when stuff will get done.EDIT: DONT CHOOSE A BUILDING WITH ROYAL GAS. GAS BILLS ARE USUALLY 35-40 AED WITH ROYAL GAS THEY ARE 100 AED + THEY DONT DO ACCURATE READINGS.

Very poor service. Living in Blue Oasis building and for last three months continously complining them about metwr issue but 👎 no one came so far to resolve my problem. Even thy issued incorrect bill which ws rectified after soo mamy complaint. I am thinking to visit Seamless propert management to end there conteact permanently.

Trying to open an account. So far no response after many phone calls and emails. This is to OPEN an account, trying to give them money. Imagine trying to close an account... I guess I wont cook anything.

And THE WORST service trophy goes to....you guessed it! Royal Gas. Absolutely nothing royal about these clowns. No response to any emails, and when I finally got through on the phone after trying for a week, a bobbing head answered, who wouldnt pass an English language test, even if he got paid.Time for some competition, cant wait to see this farce of a company go out of business!

It has been a pathetic experience in making payment with you online and also with your contact center. I am waiting for someone to come an collect the payment as was told by your agent in the contact center and now when i am dialing your contact center no one is answering. this most worst experience i have ever had from anyone that too with someone who wants to make payment in time. what is that you want people.

You will need to call them 20-30 times for an answer!!! I don’t know why some buildings are using them.

Their services are bad. They do not answer the phone only after several attempts. Gas delivery charges are only 250 dirhams. Only the pipeline is connected. Non-gas maintenance companies are undergoing calibration or fala bullet because the natural gas furnace needs lubrication to work with liquefied gas or tube. There is an additional monthly feeAlhamdulillah we saved them
