Great experience with Al Fanar as consumer they are truly delicated, experienced and flexible.I strongly recommend without any doubts.5 starts you truly deserve it.

Out of blue they hit you with an invoice for 1600 dhs (1 month of consumption) - where all the previous ones were arounds 30 dhs/month - which is about right - I barely use gas... it could have been a typo however ... the customer rep tried to convince me that this is indeed the correct invoice and that I have actually consumed gas worth of 1600 dhs within 30 days.. I mean... seriously ? I dont own the whole building :D hence 1 star

The worst of the worst; I send them my Gas reading and they keep sending me the wrong reading in my bill. It’s a pure scam!

They are OVER PRICED. Very bad service. And a lot of times the gas stops coming. They will you to try different things with gas walls, meter

They illegally “sign in” customers without a signed contract. Be careful if your building is with them. Go to the police if they do.

Third class Company, it’s almost 8 Months they have not refunded my Money.Don’t know what to do ?

Worst service and overly OVERPRICED! They will charge you with estimate according to how much they think you consume. They never read your meter. And they send a guy to send the bill to your door and force you to pay.!!

More then 2 weeks we couldn’t get our refund money)) after 1 call they’re just not answering on your calls and ignoring!
