I ordered PS5 through their website, payment has been done from my side but an error occurred I dont know why. Amount was then deducted from my account and kept on hold and not received by them.I tried to solve this with them and they said its my banks problem, but my bank confirmed that this is a problem from the sellers side.Pressonx said that it is suspected fraud, my bank said if the bank system suspected any fraud they will not process the payment at all.Anyway I think their website is insecure, and due to this I have to wait for 15 days to get money back from my bank.**Edit: To reply to their response that there is no order by my name, I attach the order number which is showing in my account in the website.So If there is no order then this confirms that the website has serious issues.
