Baught a custom PC from them, assured me that itd be covered for a year should anything happen, the screen is not working properly only after 4 months of usage, they are ignoring me and my phone calls on purpose. Stay away.

Do not even think about online ordering pc parts from this company. they have items listed in stock and you pay for it. then you dont even get a call back until you call them to find out why the order is delayed, then they say they are out of stock, and no refund if you dont even follow up. glad I saved my money by choosing cash on delivery. but lots of time have been wasted because I based my build on the casing I ordered.Simple advice: Stop wasting your time with dubaigamers

Custom built me a high spec gaming PC much cheaper than I could find elsewhere using top quality components. From order to delivery in less than 24 hours. I then decided to double up the RAM. Another 24 hours and I have it in my hand. Excellent service. I will not hesitate to use again.

I will never buy again from this company. They dont only have the worst customer service but the quality of their products and components is the worst. I had to leave my pc for reperations there not less than 7 times. They pretend to fix things but the truth is that they dont know anything about computers, theyre just there to assemble them but once you face issues with your computer they dont know how to fix it. I highly recommend to buy your computer or any other stuff from a reliable shop such as Virgin... NEVER again from you!
