I am following Wood and Steel in social media pages and purchasing online. Once they asked me to visit the Showroom and get familiar with the furniture closely. Finally today i decide to pass by. Thanks to helpful team get detailed information about each furniture. And for sure will be back soon with the list of new items to purchase.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Wood n Steel. Their products are a class apart. Nd more so their team. They understood what I wanted, advised on products best suited to my sense of style and made the whole experience so amazing. I love this place, the designs, the decor, the way they display the furniture and accessories is just lovely.The staff are very helpful and their customer service is one of the best. they can even help you out if you want to customize items and they will be happy to do it for you.if you are looking for contemporary and stylish furnishings this place should be a must visit on your list.

Nice furniture designs at reasonable prices. We had a stain on a W&S dining table (from nail polish removed). After some delays, they offered to pick up, repair and bring it back. Overall, were happy with the service.

The experience has sadly not been positive.1) late delivery2) poor quality of end product for which Wood & Steel does not take ownership (no exchange, no refunds).I recommend ordering items that are on stock and displayed so that you receive the item on time, and as seen in the showroom.More details on the poor qualtuWe ordered a pine wood table. Pine wood needs careful staining to avoid blotchiness, whereby the wood absorbs more stain on some places than other. Clearly, our table was stained in a rush resulting in just that.

Worst customer service ever!! I purchased so many items before moving-in and I was told that I can schedule for delivery whenever I want and (not to worry)!The time came, I went to schedule for delivery and was surprised that they sold two of my items that were already paid for in FULL price!!!They offered to replace my dinning table with another one that looks nothing like what I chose! And they are refusing to give me a refund and store credit is my only option although it is completely their fault!!So unprofessional! I asked to talk to the manager more than once and still waiting! I doubt that they are going to call back!

Was very excited to place an order for a dining table for our house- as the style matches ours perfectly. We were told upon placing the order that the table would be ready in 2 weeks!It is now been 5 weeks, and after 2-3 weeks of contacting their team repeatedly looking for an update in regards for delivery, we were told time and time again, “our team will contact you in a few days” (no response) “our team will have it done this week” (order nowhere to be found) “we will try to have it completed by end of week (no calls/updates on the same).Finally went in the shop today to inspect the table and wasn’t impressed with the quality of that which I saw in the showroom. Looked like a rush job, which is unfortunate because they are beautiful pieces.Now waiting on delivery “today” was promised before 5- have been calling the team for the past 3 hours for an update on the same and am told the delivery team will call me. HA! I’m really wondering if this thing will show up.So much potential, beautiful showroom and furniture but it’s unfortunate that they fail to meet basic standards like customer service. I wanted to do my best to support local, but with standards like this, I’ll get my furniture from west elm and pottery barn. At least they respond.Have asked to speak to the owner but doubt that will happen. It’s just empty words and apologies, with no attempt to keep me as a customer, would have expected to receive store credit or something from their end but honestly it’s like they don’t care.Just think twice about buying from them, I wish I had read more reviews before making a purchase. if you don’t mind hassling their team for weeks on end and waiting around aimlessly all day for their team to ‘show up’ then this is the place for you!

Location difficult to find as there are no signages. But once inside the store, everything is so lovely. Good service and decent prices. Great collection 👌

Nice showroom with good pieces of furniture. All made of wood and metal as the stores name suggests. Found the prices to be a bit expensive and similar in the range of Marina Furniture.

This place is like a hidden treasure in Al Quoz area. I was looking for some furniture that are not mass produced like the ones at IKEA or Home Centre. Luckily, I found the pieces I wanted especially the nightstands that have amazing blonde wooden ambiance. The small coffee tables are also amazing and wonderfully give my living room a contemporary yet antiqued look. The pieces are priced very reasonably and these guys know what they’re doing. Issam, the store manager helped a lot and has a very nice taste!

My experience with this shop is very bad , they have nice furniture but the staff working there are extremely bad and not professional, they are working there not to do sales but to push clients out.They will tell always not available in stock

Very unique pieces and creative designs !! If you compare the prices of this shop with other shops in the market you will find it cheaper. It is truly a hidden gem and deserves 5 STARS! loved the customer service, staff are very friendly and supportive.

Excellent customer service , unique and creative stuff.I came the whole way from Oman and they book my order for around one week for me, really appreciated.

If i could put 0 start I would !!!I have placed an other of 4 big items, nothing came as ordered , all came late , and 0 cosumter service for replacement or correction of my delivery.It has been 10 days now , no one is answering my emails or calling me back and I still have wrong or damage items.Be very careful, they act like they are some high-end shop but actually cant deliver a simple order.DONT BUY FROM THEM

The worst customer experience ever!!!We had been told in the beginning that we would receive the item after 3days maximum.However, after three days nothing happened. Many follow-up and calls, the team kept saying that it will arrive soon without any specific timelines on when we were going to receive the item. We were obliged to escalate the delay and bad service to the owner.We finally received it after 6 days but it was unfortunately too late.Not a great experience at all.

Pathetic service, made a customer order and they had no idea what was going on or when it’ll be ready and we still haven’t got it and they keep lying to us saying we will update tomorrow. Stay away for sure!
