Purchased leather sofa from Koala Living back in July 2020, the quality is excellent, the delivery was very fast and sales representative very helpfull and accommodating. The selection of leather sofas were satisfactory as these style are not common to find in UAE.

I love the selection of furniture/ accessories in this shop. So far, I have bought a coffee table, a painting and two lanterns all of an amazing, high end quality. The coffee table was the last piece left in the showroom and the glass was a bit cracked on one side; after speaking to this AWESOME manager Pedro, not only did he promise to fully change the glass on this as an exception but also offered a bit of a discount for the miscommunication that occurred and for not returning my call sooner. He really went OVER AND BEYOND in making sure that Koala customers were happy and I really wanted to leave this review to thank him. I also want to recommend Feras as your to go to sales person. He is extremely friendly with a smile on his face and he is great with handling all inquires. Over all, I am satisfied with my experience and I love the items I bought, they are a great addition to my house 🙂

We simply cannot recommend Koala Living enough. The products and service that we received was amazing. Unfortunately after purchasing a set of bar stools, we had some small problems with the material and were very grateful to the staff, particularly Jurgita, for helping us replace them the stools in a timely manner. The experience was professional, efficient and they could not do enough to help us. Thank you

Good showroom with a nice selection of furniture, paintings and lamps. Quality of these items are also good and especially the Sales Executive - Ms.Jurgita was very helpful and assisted quickly with the quotations, revisions, refunds and follow up. Delivery was made as per our convenience and a purchased clock which had defect in the motor was informed to us in advance and refunded fully. Good experience and recommend to visit the showroom.

We went yesterday evening to see the bone inlay furniture sale posted on their website. We asked both sales agent and their both not helpful and asked what is bone in lay and the lady said we dont have that kind of furniture.
