The selection of items is quite good and one can generally find what’s needed. The staff can be very helpful or quite unhelpful. It’s always a lack of the draw. I’ll still come back because of the quality of the times, but I know that when I go in, I’m on my own.

Pottery Barn newer fails! A good selection of season interior wares (candles, furniture, you name it).Always so helpfull staff and never too crowded. Good overall quality.

Terrible customer service both within the store and after sales. Zero communication having sent numerous emails, called the store and even visited the store in person twice in one day! I have been informed that the GM would call me and it’s been 3 weeks still no call. Having been very patient with all of the staff I have no other choice other than raising this issue with trading standards.I am dumbfounded that they would offer an after sales service and warranty, however do not wish to help customers with genuine problems regarding faulty items purchased.

Dubai Mall has lots and lots of interesting Things for people. We should have many reasons to visit Dubai Mall again and again. Pottery Barn has many beautiful things to decorate home and offices.Specially bedroom, i love their bedroom set.They have a lot of variety of decoration pieces which we can use in our home,car,bedroom etc.now when the Christmas is on it’s way according to that Many Christmas variety is there.

Their products are great, but the service is really bad, I was looking for a plate and I was told to look for it by myself, if it was a small store I would but it is not! None of the staff were trying to even offer to help me!

Awful experience with one of the managers- Mohammed who literally hung up on me after I explained that I cant wait for another few days to receive the replacement of the damaged item I bought.I bought the item from Dubai mall store and after opening I found out its damaged, then they sent the replacement after few days-wrong one, then I called the store and got Mohammed on the line. He said he will return my money and he hung up.Of course the money wasnt returned, but he put a very nice guy to call me back and ask if he can deliver it personally the same day, just to not return the money.Shame for the store like Pottery Barn. The other sales stuff working in the store itself are very polite and helpful and this guy ruined it fully. In my opinion, he shouldnt be working with any customers personally, as he will completely drive away people who like the Pottery Barn furniture.

Products are good and we buy lot of things There but the service is very bad, nobody help you, if you have a question please be ready to wait around half hour to have your reply. I really think there is a strong problem of ressources or management. My recommandation try the other shop of furnitures in Dubail Mall or hope the Brando we will take the wright decision and offer the wright level of service at the customer....

I have been looking for someone to help me identify and buy the ideal sofa and living room furniture. I went to PB and met a sales rep and they sent me a designer over. But the outcomes were not good at all. Until I met Mohammed Gufran Shaikh one of the design studio specialists who works at the PB branch at Dubai Mall. He was so cool, helpful and informative. He gave me genuine advice which was great. I highly recommend him.

Terrible customer service from management and extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. I have tried many times to speak with somebody senior to resolve our issue and have been dealing with the same faulty item for 18 months, with still zero help from Pottery Barn both in store and Alshaya After Sales.

Not worth the big price

Great place and amazing service from Mr. Aaron Esplana who spent a long time with us really perfecting everything and giving his honest feedback. Left there feeling like I got awesome furniture with accents etc. and like a valued customer. Something really rare to experience in Dubai! Thanks very much Aaron.

They never answer the phone. Basics.

Really disappointed to buy an entire dinnerware service to discover once home some tags with reduced prices. We were informed by the sales person that those items were not part of the sales as it is a new collection but funny we found the stickers in the back of some our plate. I went to the shop to ask a clarification and was told by the staff that my problem and they could not care less....nice customer service!!!

Although this brand is one of my favourite, this store is a mess. the employees are not very well informed and above all their computers are ancient! Every time I need ti wait around 10 minutes for them to check out an item!Maybe investing a bit in the infrastructure of this shop wouldn’t hurt!

Some good products at reasonable prices but my experience was not great.I had to return a defective mirror purchased online. I was told to take it to the store, but was then told by the store that it was too big for them to accept, and that it would have to be collected from our house.I was also told that I would have to buy another mirror as they would not exchange it but give me a refund, which i did. To cut a long story short I wasted 2 hours the following morning returning this mirror as well as it was scratched, and this time they accepted it! I then had to take the display mirror in exchange as they had no more in stock.The online customer service was reasonable. The store was not so good. I tried calling several times but none of my calls were answered.

Ive shopped here so many times and the service is always terrible. Can never find staff in the shop always have to go looking around for someone to help.Staff look unhappy and are not in the mood to help.Theres never ever ever anyone at the cashier! you have to go calling and looking around for them.never agaim.

TERRIBLE customer service!

Do not order from the website, even the shop at Dubai Mall complains about the online store. I made the mistake of ordering a bed online, I only received a drawer and after a week of follow ups they said that the they have technical issues online and the description online was wrong, that they advertised a bed when they were selling a drawer only. Save yourself the headache and shop from the store - old school.

I am not sure why the store has a phone, they never pick up the phone. Not all items are online so the only way to buy anything from there is to go to the crowded malls of Dubai Mall and the Mirdif City Center. Very old fashion.

The worst shop in Dubai mall, you have to chase the sales to help you out, and whenever someone is agree to help you while they do not do anything, they do not aven have a clue of what is happening in the shop... no clue on the discount... really frustrating and you waste your time waiting for click and collect items that you paid online... even that they have no clue... useless sales , shopping in this pottery and barn is just a gustle... nothing compare to the US where the service is just outstanding... PB dubai mall, review your customer service and your staff

Come to dubai mall to do our baby shop. The shop is completely empty and only 2 customers in store.I ask a gentleman for help and he turned around and said sorry I’m busy. I asked him to send somebody else to help but he didn’t. We waited and got tired. This is a premium store we visited at the dubai mall. Very poor customer service! Very poor!

Almost as beautiful as the US store except the fact that the collections and the stock are somehow incomplete. Customer service is quite great !
