Had an amazing stay. Staff members are kind. I was dissapointed with my room as it didnt have balcony! Gym is great too!Was denied permission to go to the beautiful swimming pool area being said that the swimming coach has to come. Even though i informed them I was not intersted in swimming and came to check the view, still was denied!

They provide hotel service for 2 weeks and so and the prices are very good for the stay. There is a really good tea shop downstairs and also a supermarket, a restuarant. They provide excellent room service.

The down basement toilets r very very very dirty other wise rooms are good

Fully furnished apartment with good facilities like washing machine, cooking range, microwave oven, ironing box for clothes, TV, refrigerator. Etc. Very close to shopping malls, good restaurants. The hotel is also having restaurants. Fitness centre with good facilities and Swimming pool also available. Great place to stay.

This is famous for charcoal pepper chicken in Al Quasis area. It is convenient for parking and seating and also the area is quiet.

Perfect hotel, extremely suitable for family. Best breakfast with daily best room services. All staff is coordinating. I will recommend everyone.

Not too happy during my stay.I check in around 9pm, the room is huge and I love it but then need to wait for hot water, low water pressure so I cant use the bathtub, no dental kit, slipper and comb got to call the receptionist for couple of times. The entertainment is nice with a lot of channel but difficult if you dont have guidelines which one is the entertainment channel Breakfast is nice but have to wait for sometime as no people around.Overall its a nice place for people to stay as the room and appliances are available but not for me.

Have been using the place regularly during my visits since 2011and was rated highly, but surprisingly the quality seems to be going downhill. No changes despite a new management and change of team. Breakfast menu has been the same for 5 years running.Gym/Pool (3/5).Toiletries and other amenities lacking(1/5). Overall neatness at (3/5).Room Space (5/5).Looks like everyone has given up.

Dunes apartment is a very good choice for family who seek decent and budget oriented hotel apartment.. I have stayed many times here and I love the area which is very calm and access to Dubai city and sharjah in just couple of minutes.. The staff are well mannered and value the relationship...

My wife and l have stayed at the Dunes 4 times in the past couple of years.Relatively inexpensive clean comfortable accommodation with washing machine.People as diverse as a Bangladeshi taxi driver an average westerners stay there.Unfortunately missed the mark June/July2019.under new management Time group not working. Without detail probably will stay else where from now on

Spacious and clean rooms. Not much of a view, location is only convenient if you know the area or need access to Sharjah. If its your first time visiting Dubai Id check the location carefully as it is away from most of the main attractions.

Very good apartment to stay with family. I really enjoyed being here with my family. There is a restaurant below this hotel which is famous for charcoal chicken. Loved the food there. The restaurant name is Shater restaurant which is very famous for charcoal items. The soup which they give here on arrival is very tasty. The delivery is also quick of this restaurant. Loved their customer service.

Its a really nice hotel apartment which is maintained really well and clean. The staff have been really helpful, polite and always with a smile.The apartments are furnished with pretty much everything you need and makes you feel like you are staying at home. Overall its good value for money as well. Would definitely recommend this hotel

I stayed there for couple of times when i visit Dubai, actually its a good place to stay, and nearby Sharjah, as you can walk couple hundreds of meters and get taxi from Front of sahara center, also you can get the green line metro stadium station, just youll be inside the city of dubai in a few minutes

We are looking forward to coming back. Very polite and helpful staff. Addition of more international channels on the TV is desirable. Very neat and perfectly clean bathrooms are a delight. Its perfect value for money. For food, we used the modest kitchen in the room. Restaurants in the hotel were very good.

Used to be a good budget accommodation, but now the management has changed. The front desk staff arent friendly or welcoming. The room is spacious and average.

You just wont regret staying at the place. Prices in the area are very low by western standards. You can enjoy a hot/cold drink. Lulu and Madina Mall are in walking distance. Mattresses clean and neat. Everything was very clean at all times. We were always greeted with a smile.

Dunes Hotel Apartment is located in the Muhaisnah area and near the Dubai Ambulance Services office. In its ground floor so many shops are there. Restaurant, cafteria, stitching center, mini mart, karate teaching centre, bicycle shop and some other shops also you can find out in same building. It is easily accessible from the main road.

This is a cheap and best hotel in Dubai madina mall and lulu village is near this hotel i think 200 aed per day for one bedroom

We spent 4 nights with our 18 month old daughter at this resort. I would stay here again just for the location. All around the hotel are restaurants within walking distance. The room is very unexpectedly huge. We were very pleased with the room. The best part is the convenience.

Heard from other that they have a good quality appartment hotels. I personally had been here to join the gym. The gym and the swimming pool here is not very crowded and they have a good gym couch too. But its very expensive for the area

Tasty and healthy food in a clean ambience

We found the experience to be thoroughly enjoyable from the time we set foot in the hotel till we left. What you save on the room price youll easily lose on transit. The smiles of all the staff were second to none. The excellent ***agement is reflected throughout the hotel.

Apartment in Muhaisnah area with reasonable rate and at a convenient location. During normal traffic can reach airport in max of 15 minutes. However during extreme traffic situations and days its unpredictable. Overall a good apartment

Asked for a one bedroom, non smoking, with breakfast. Got a studio that stinks of cigarettes and no breakfast. The lounge has bed bugs on it in apartment 419, my father was covered in bites after sitting on it. Staff have changed and does not have the same warmth to its customers anymore. Last time.

This place has very spacious studio rooms with all amenities like cooking range, Oven, grill and washing machine. They maintain it well and cleaned everyday. But every now and then the fire alarm goes off just for once. This made me worried a few times (We did not cook or use oven). I do smell smoke at times. Not sure whats going on. So moved out after a week.

My family and I were very pleased with our stay. We got a really good deal when we stayed but I looked at the prices recently and they were charging 10 times more which is a total rip off. Pick ups to mr sharon from the reception that was there to see to my comfort since I arrived in the hotel and more great staff.

Nice place to dinner quite cheaper for family or group members but for individual its quite expensive. Not in the catchy area need to be travel with car to reach easily... Outdoor dining available, enjoy the dining with natural air and climate. Service was amazing and lots of compliments are available.

Reasonable rate and serves your purpose. But all the furnitures and setup they have is bit old. I felt like they own a drama company as most of their lobby and premises are a mix of red curtains and pale yellow walls.

Dunes is very busy yet goode & clean place to stay, privacy & comfort both are available, very good & cooperative staff, especially reception. Booking in advance is suggested to avoid discomfort.

It could be the five star hotel because of its staff . I went today there and I booked one apartment and i lost my 100 AED and one staff found that and they gave me back .Thank u so muhch for ur loyaliti and i appreciate that

I loved the soup which is hot and sour chicken soup and they have verity of grill chicken,I tried verity flavour which is combination of black pepper and green chilli.you can try juices and shawarma also it’s good.its good place for a family. Well maintained neat and clean.

Hotel apartment in the border area of Dubai sharjahif you want to explore dubai then better get something which is in the center of the city and a near a metro station.As no metro station near this hotel.Even the nearest mall is a good 15 minutes walk

Dunes Hotel Apartment, Al Muhaisnah is a family friendly property that offers self-catering accommodation with balconies and satellite TVs. It is only a 10-minute drive from Dubai International airport.

Spacious rooms .. not bad comparing to prices .. but location quite remote from the city center .. has a function hall for private celebration.Despite providing qibla direction inside rooms there is No common prayer rooms.

Have been to the Auditorium. Its somewhat spacious but the fare is a bit higher.

Good comparing to the price, very friendly and helpful staff, transportation to and from the hotel will be limited to taxi only (no mtero station nearby.
