My husband & myself recently moved to Dubai from the UK. A friend recommended we try Kibsons given the products are mainly UK ones that we are familiar with. Before we used another company and had some bad experience with their customer service. We now shopped at Kibsons. They respond to your emails promptly, their delivery guys are very professional. Products are of high quality. Overall we are very impressed…it reminded us of our time in the UK! First class customer service! We definitely will continue ordering from Kibsons.

I usually am too lazy to write a feedback but Kibsons customer service has impressed me so much that I could not hold myself. I had ordered 9 items out of which one was not ripe enough that we could eat immediately. My mum insisted me to call them but as usual I was too lazy and also did not expect any good outcome. However, to my surprise, when I called them there were no questions asked. They delivered the replacement same day.Customer care was extremely polite, apologetic and prompt. They have a great variety and product quality but what I liked the most is their stellar customer service. They also sent me flowers :) I have never come across something like this.. Use these guys for work as a private chef, I use them personally, I spend an absolute fortune with them but recently their service has gone down hill badly! Especially the accounts over the last six months issue after issue after issue. Most recently charging me double on a transaction. When asked to refund the money to my card , they instead added to my wallet after finally convincing them to refund it it disappeared from my Kibsons’s wallet but has not been refunded. Yes Kibsons it had been over 14 working days. Generally you would think being a platinum member that when they make mistakes like they did with there accounts 4-5 months ago they would make good on their mistakes but obviously not. During that time I called and emailed 14 times getting the same operators giving the same generic messages however for the life of me could not get Mgt on the phone . They obviously don’t care. Unfortunately in terms of what they do they have a monopoly making it difficult to find a substitute that is as good as they used to be . However they are sliding down hill and they don’t seem to care about their customers.Will probably get the same message other complaints get here saying they are sorry and a customer service advisor will contact . When really they just need to be better.

I have been a customer with Kibsons for over a year now.On two occasions, there had been some issues with the delivery whereby some items were missed but this is perfectly understandable.Overall Kibsons services is great, the delivery drivers are always polite, the products are fresh, clean and well packed.What really stood out though is the quick, effective and professional response from their customer care team whenever you have a query, feedback or complaint.

You ask them apples be assured you are going to get plum instead. Their products are of excellent quality. But their ability to understand instructions is non-existent.

Where is the email for kibsons? I cannot seem to get in touch with them, and I want to know why both orders that I have ever made from here have arrived warm? Every item is warm, most importantly yoghurts, milk etc? I am glad this time I did not order meat. I don’t think I will order from here again, unless I feel getting ill. Been a customer for over 2 years…over the last few orders I’ve noticed the produce quality deteriorating, customer service is poor and cannot deliver on time - also drivers refusing to take empty boxes to recycle… for instance today I ordered to be delivered between 2 & 5pm and it’s now 8:20pm and still not received my order which means I won’t be able to meal prep my weekly meals… Thanks Kibsons I think it’s time for me to switch

I just want to say how amazing Kibsons are. Ive been shopping with them on and off since 2017 and every time I shop I regret why I dont do it more often. They are so good, so quick, so effecient and the delivery staff are lovely too. I placed an order on Saturday around 3pm and got distracted and delayed. My selection for delivery online was only the following day onwards and I had a busy week. I called them on the phone and asked if there was any chance they could squeeze me in that day and lo and behold at 7pm I had a delivery. Theyre honestly just the best. Well done Kibsons, youre doing lots of things right! Havent tried the app yet, I used the online mobile version.

My first time ever to order and i received the first invoice which i paid and then i received a second invoice with higher amount coz the app is not designed on a way to give you the exact amount and weight which is for me is a misleading i have requested to cancel my order and they want to credit the fund to my wallet which I WILL NEVER USE IT AGAIN. I ordered organic vegetables and this is the organic carrots received. I also ordered non organic stuff. The fresh coriander was stale. The white pumpkin was huge and not tender and the cauliflower had lots of black patches.It was my first order and this is what I received. The other organic fruits n veggies were just average unlike my regular online website.

I have ordered from Kibsons several times as they have some products I like.Unfortunately I have had several bad experiences with their fruit and vegetables. Several not fresh and normally I have to trash it within a day or 2. I opened a new bag of Basmati rice to cook over Eid and there were little insects crawling in it..Due to this I stopped ordering from them.Today I ordered again after a long time, to see if things had changed and yes, the spinach and other greens was on its death bed.. means just looking at this limp , vegetables put me off again to the point where I complained...When I placed the order, I specifically asked for FRESH Vegetables.I am returning it and WILL NEVER order produce from them again.As a consumer, we have a right to receive edible stuff. I wish I could post some pictures of what I received today.

I am so mad and nervous, because this driver not the first time he came and order my orders, and i am waiting him from 8:30 morning after he send me a message he will reach after 30mins. Till 6pm no one call me. Iam tring to call him from 8:30 his phone closed and he didnt care he just give the order to wrong house without even try to call me once to check and this his work to check if the orders goes to exact location . And after i call to call center they told he was delivered to wrong house. What a bad experience, and i cant accept that. I will tell all my friends about this bad experience..

I placed my order through their website but the website got stuck during the payment process. I am charged for the amount and I received an email from them regarding my payment but I didnt see the order on my order history. Their call center was not helpful at all. Because of their system issue I had to send an email and follow up with them. Such an inconvenience for an online grocery shopping.

Best food delivery place in the UAE!! I order my fresh produce, frozen foods and pantry items from them and am always happy with what is sent to me. Most of the times their prices are even less than that of a supermarket which is awesome. A few times when something received wasn’t to my liking I just send back for a replacement or refund, the deliveryman always waits until everything is inspected until he leaves In order to make sure you are happy with your box of goodness!!

I started ordering from them during the lockdown and I was very pleasantly surprised. Good quality food and they actually deliver during the time slots requested. The online shopping experience is lacking in terms of filtering/sorting options but on the plus side it has additional information as to how many units of fruit/veg you can expect per a certain weight. Isnt cheap though.

Really big fan of kibsons! We started using them at the start of the pandemic to avoid our weekly shop at the supermarkets. They are super speedy, customer service is fab, the produce is always really fresh and really reasonably priced. Love that they also have a bunch of brands that cant be found elsewhere.

Always Fresh!! Located inside Awir fruit and vegetable market, Kibsons has been my fruits and veggie vendor for 3+ years now. They even do DELI items which I havent tried yet though. All overseas perishables are air freighted and it speaks itself for the freshness offered. Their delivery service is quite popular as well. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Open for both retail and wholesale purchases.

No customer call center available during delivery hours, so not easy to follow up on orders from Kibsons after 5pm and especially when delivery is coming late. Used to be a good delivery service but now you never know what to do when delay happens, because they even do not give a customer a running late call.

Before ordering yesterday i have noticed the item says expire soon I received the order today 2 pm after checking the expiry date which is mentioned on the item, i was shocked as the item will expire on the 26th which is after 10 hours. They refused to refund my money on my credit card and forced me use wallet credit to buy something else from their items. Such a poor customer experience. So please be aware before buying an item saying expire soon at least should have 1 or 2 days to use it or mention the expiry day so it will be clear for your customer not after 10 hours exactly.

This company is the leader in eco sensitive shopping in Dubai. Other leading supermarkets care little about the packaging waste when completing home delivery. This company allows you to choose bag less produce and allows you to return the delivery boxes and bottles. Kibsons is always on time and has some of the best produce that we can find in the United Arab Emirates. The drivers are kind and the pickers of the product that goes in the box have not missed an item over the course of the 30 or so orders that weve made.The application that allows for ordering works consistently and is updated frequently. This allows you to know exactly what items you can or cannot order, as well as the status of the remaining items that can be ordered so that you can make decisions that will not lead to disappointment.There are a number of unique products that cant be found many other places including quite a few organic items.
