Simply amazing. The freshest vegetables, delivered to the door the next day. I cannot buy from any other vendor since I tried them. And the nest part is that they are also very affordable!!!

Loved it! I saw an ad online to order through their online shop. It was the first experience I had with VegBerry and I was impressed by the high quality of food and safe packaging. The fruits and vegetables are next level, as well as their selections of imported goods. You can really taste the difference from other food stores in Dubai.

My First order to tryout this company. I am sorry but sadly among everything ( all the vegetables were there but the honey was missing. But after sending messages their operation manager called me immediately and apologised. And promised to bring missing item next day. Thank you so much.

Products are NOT organic. They remove the stickers from the fruits but I got one sticker on one of the peaches that showed that the product was not organic. Of course the story of the farmer was not true as the apricot was coming from a commercial farm in the US. Products are extremely expensive and many times came in bad shape. If you doubt about being organic, ask for them to leave the stickers on the products.

We ordered a bed & breakfast box and some products from ala carte. The box was well delivered good packaging one thing which caught my eye isThe produce is definitely not organic since their pomegranate onion Melons was very large in size. I have been a farmer all my life and one thing for sure is that organic produce is never very big in size due to lack of fertilizers during growing stage. Organic produce also does not have skin shine and are sometimes not very good to look at however their produce was excellent in size and looks. Very strange!

Great service combined with fresh and, moreover , healthy fruits and vegetables that were tested at their in-house lab for pesticides, nitrates etc. Many of the products are grown locally at their farms. I had a great experience receiving my box! Thanks

We made our first order which was delivered, on time, during a huge thunderstorm and our second order was delivered on time during the COVID restrictions (and massive pressure on courier services).The quality of the produce is better than anything I have found in 12 years in the supermarkets, for a significantly more reasonable price too.I will be recommending Vegberry to anyone who will listen!

Vegberry made up with huge gift box for the delay I experienced. I received a phone call from company CEO yesterday personally apologizing for the delay, which I thought was very humble of him. The next morning he sent me the missing items from my first order plus a lot more fresh vegetables and fruits as gift. The vegetables taste way better than anyone elses and fruit is so fresh. It seems really like fresh from the farm! I have always loved their products; I was only upset about slow customer service. Mr. Alexander from Vegberry told me he has since stopped outsourcing customer support and started in-house customer support. Great move! I highly recommend Vegberry to all!

Fruits and vegetables taste good and very fresh. Delivery is done in a big box that is always properly packaged and kept cool till delivery. Great job!

Very unstable quality. Bok choi delivered once in great quality next order very bad had to throw it out. Tomatos same a completely different type was delivered next order. Do not really believe in the passport. Each time something from the order has to be thrown out.

Im trying to get in touch with someone to check the status of my delivery. But the numbers are not functional and no way that I could get an update. My delivery time was between 2 to 6pm and its almost time but no sign of them. Customer service is slow.Inspite of leaving a not to contact yet no reply.

Groceries are very fresh, only downside is customer services are slow to respond. I will carry on using them.

SHOCKING SERVICE!! I placed an order yesterday and it said it would be delivered today between 2 and 6pm.Its now after 8pm and I still dont have my order, no one is answering the phone and no one is responding to my WhatsApp AND my email to them isnt going through.I paid online for this order and arranged to be home to receive it. Its late and I have no update where it is. This is extremely unprofessional! To ignore clients like this is also ridiculous. I order from veg Berry often and there is an issue almost every single time.
