Amazing place to attend for Brunch or just to relax with family or friends. We had the Angelina Breakfast, which comfortable feeds 2/3. The Pastries are amazing, ended up purchasing 7 to go. Also there Angelina Special Flavour Tea smells and tastes amazing. I disagree with regard to there hot chocolate, which pails in comparison to Godiva and I wasnt a fan of there lemon mint tea.

I ordered the salmon salad, it was amazing. The staff were good, one of the best cappuccinos in Dubai. The dessert was really yummy. Check out more pics on my Instagram @muki_lite

Good for the seating arrangement but dont be tempted by food items from France. Average AED60/person for drink and dessert. Enjoyed the coffee, especially the speciality tea. The tea had a wonderful sweet and fruity flavour. The dessert was not as expected and I wish someone explained to take a bite from top to bottom to get a full flavour with each spoonful.

Breakfast was so delicious, service was so fast, staff were Friendly!! Excellent experience!! A must try!!

Nice pretty cafe in a very nice area in Dubai Mall right opposite Zara Home and some good shops. The service was good, menu can be improved for sure, I felt it was very limited in the choice of breakfast and even lunch dishes. I ordered a Spanish latte which was average in the way it was served and the taste. I also tried a hazelnut desert which to my dissapointed was stuffed with cream, tons of it! There was nothing special about it at all. I hope to try the macaroons next time as they looked very special and would make lovely gifts on special occasions.

The veal was full of fat. Not even edible. The pasta was ok. The service was horrible. It’s like they are doing you a favor by treating you. None of them are French either. Not a true authentic French restaurant.Do not waste your money

Worst place ever! You pay 145 derhams($50) for a small main meal but you have to spend 15minutes waving your hand to be served, get served warm drinks, wait 45mins for your meal... So many better places in Dubai mall. I am appalled, APPALLED!Management get your restaurant together. You don’t deserve to be in Dubai mall.I’d also like to mention the veal was not edible, full of fat, tasted like it was frozen.

A marvellous parisian cafe at the start of the fashion avenue in Dubai mall. Its small but cute with primarily focussing on desserts and drinks. Costly but worth it.Great service with style and attention.I had the ever popular hot chocolate here and at 41 dhs its quite pricey, but once you start sipping it with the freshest creams you will know the value of it. Absolutely top notch. It comes in a deep porcelain teapot and you need to pour in the cup. A choco cookie comes with it and the aforesaid cream.I had 4 macarons also with it, which are 11 dhs apiece but if you take four of then together then its 42 dhs.I had the coffee, rose, raspberry and vanilla.They have a variety of items too. And on entrance they have a large display of the dessert items.A lovely seating area with privacy and artistice interior as well as an open area in the mall is also available.A great overall experience and highly recommended

The ambience and the food is lovely but the service is subpar. I ordered the truffle pasta and apparently they forgot it as we had coffee and desserts. I asked about the pasta after trying to get the attention of the servers for about 10 mins they are not attentive to guests. After I inquired about the pasta 35 mins after ordering it and the waiter said they’d check. I asked another waiter again maybe 5 mins later as no one came back to the table to inform me my dish was served to another guest apparently and had to be remade. No one apologized or showed concern more so they seem bothered I kept inquiring about my missing dish. We tried to get their attention to pay the bill no one looked our way. We eventually got up and went to the cashier to pay and leave such a stressful lunch. Totally underwhelmed by the service it made the food unenjoyable.

Dine in like a parisian, experience that melts in your mouth in every dish they offer, feel the delight in every sip of coffee served with a touch of choccy...and finish up with satisfied smile and full tummy.

The service was great even though the place was running at full capacity. I was surprised to see all the tables full and people enjoying the French cuisine and pastries. I enjoyed the food more than the desserts which is a rare instance. Would go back again!

No renovations still the same old stale furniture. Service was not that great as there was 1 person cleaning the tables and 1 person sorting the forks and knives infront of the guests and it was loud wish they stop doing that.

We were served by Nour.I had high expectations of your hospitality and customer-friendliness because I had lunch with my daughter in your restaurant 2 years ago and wanted my niece and youngest daughter to have this experience as well, but it was disappointing because this time the service was downright bad. We really had to ask for everything cutlery, salt and pepper, if we could order something to drink. Also the way our drink was poured with splashes everywhere. Normally I am not one to complain easily, but given the expectations we had, your poor service does not let me go. I am now back from vacation but keep thinking about my disappointing experience and that is why I want to say this for a while. Delighted to sit and feel like I was back in Paris. The fondue we ordered was delicious and the coffee was good as well. The atmosphere could take you back to the time of king Louis if youre in to that kind of thing,, its beautiful if only they have outside dining, it will be fantastic during cold weather. Overall, we love the experience, keep those delicious, delightful cakes coming. A thumbs up for Angelina Dubai Mall....Must try.

Poor service for such place and price. We received our breakfast before our coffee. We tried to ask the waiters many times and no one being it or bothered to speak to us. Then we received our coffee cold. Understaffed and not worthy the price! Very upsetting !

I used to go to Angelina for coffee and dessert ,but this time my friend and I had lunch there and the food was superb. So now it is not only one of my favourite cafés ,but also one of my favourite restaurants.

Rudest and most unprofessional staff and manager. They misplaced and forgot our order. When asked about it, totally ignored us. I highly and significantly do not recommend this place even if am desperate.

If you havent tried the lime and passion fruit cocktail in Angelina, you would not know what are you missing. Light sweetness, tangy and tart, combined with the refreshing zest of the lime and bubbly...

The worst cold coffee I’ve ever had, not recommend at all, only nice decor but the dessert and coffee was not good at all, the cold Spanish latte was just ice with old milk that made me feel sick the entire day

Nice resturant and beautiful ambience, soft music reminds you of Paris. I orderd French Toast with Cappuccino. The toast tast was nice even though the sids of the toast was over done and was crispy somehow it hurt my gum. While i loved the coffee tast very good

Below was a previous post but I went again and the service and staff were more attentive. Thank you.So it is the weekend and i decide to have a decent breakfast at Angelinas and I went for egg Benedict with veal bacon. I waited for 45 minutes for an egg Benedict. Is that even possible? The place wasnt packed anyway . When i asked for it they said the printer was broke and they couldnt receive my order! I decided to leave. The manager just came and said its ok we will pay for the tea! Really? I really like the place here but they just killed it for me.

Used to be a real gem among DM prestigious coffee shops, sorry to say not anymore, twice now I visited and on both occasions service was bad and unfriendly....

I stopped by to have a cup of coffee, and couldn’t resist the pastry, they were amazing looking, so I ordered vanilla mille-feuille, and was shocked actually by how bad it was 💔 It was dry (old), and the cream was separating and falling apart as if it was a piece of cheese as I was trying to slice it down. I was disappointed, the coffee was good though and the staff were nice and friendly.

The worst experience. First, there is no one at the door to greet you. I ordered date pudding which take 15 minutes to prepare so, I asked for drinks to be served with the date pudding. However, I got the date pudding and I waited another 10 minutes for the drinks but still no one showed up with our drinks. After this long waiting we left and only paid for the pudding. The waiter did not bother to say sorry nor the manager he just heard us and said give them their money back but, I didn’t get any apology. I came to this cafe after a long day of shopping expecting the extraordinary given the high rating and its popularity but, instead I left feeling very disappointed and frustrated.

Horrible service, we seated ourselves nobody was even at the front to take us to get seated. The display of the croissants were very unappealing and did not look fresh.The server named“Chan “was very arrogant and just dumped the menu on our table and when she took our order just left and didn’t come back to see if we needed anything and we didn’t get served the bread and butter they were taking to other tables until we asked (it’s complimentary)The place was very quiet I figure with that service that’s what you get.We ordered pasta, quiche and a onion soup food was good but I will never return due to the service and approach of the staff.Very badly managed.
