Messed up my order. Sent wrong message on Valentines day(someone elses personal message). When i called to complain and ask for refund, the response was that the driver is tired and hungry. Then second attempt to the deliver the message was messed up again, shared with some random guy(flowers was meant for a girl). So my friend never got the message, never knew who sent the flowers. Thanks for messing up Valentines day. Poor service for such a basic request of delivering flowers.
I am a regular customer and I used to buy on weekly basis. Today I wanted to buy a bouquet of red roses , I asked about the price and the sales executive confirmed that its 10 AED each . I asked for 10 roses... when the salesman almost done with bouquet he asked his the manager about the price and he answered that its 15 for each. I told the manager that the salesman already confirmed that its 10 and if its his mistake he should be reserved and Im not going to pay 15. Otherwise cancel the order .. simply and directly he said OK cancel it.. i was so upset to see that he cancel it after making me wait and without even saying sorry... its worst experience and worst customer service

Very professional, I Lovd it, I have done my simple bridal flower in their shop, I showed them the design and they have done the same even preitter, I highly recommend them, it might be quite expansive but it worth it
Worst experience ever,Not recommending at all.they don’t know how to decorate a bouquet, they’re just greedy to charge you more for old flowers.First they said will give good discount for a big bouquet, but after you spend all your time and effort to pick fresh flowers and wrap up, now when its ready to take out, the discount is 20dhs only , no matter how many time you ask for discount, they know you have to take it😒😒😠😠 so regretful....
