Been here thrice to get arrangements done and will definitely recommend it!The price is right and justified.Their collections are good and the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable and do really good arrangements.

Ordered a bouqet for my girlfriend on 7th, to be delivered on 8th, as a surprise, of course.Moz service was very quick - they called my girlfriend within an hour of receiving the order, to inform her about the delivery and confirm location.Theeeeen, ignoring her confirmation, they contacted me on the 8th for the same thing. All that whilst having the delivery address from the form I filled on their website...The takeaway: If you dont want Moz to tell the whole world about your delivery, for Gods sake, dont mention receivers number.At least the flowers are pretty.Edit: Moz contacted me, apologized and gave a voucher.

To avoid, very complicated parking.I was fined because of the non professionalism of their employee.The worst customer service and flowers that I’ve ever had.Even the vase was broken before It reaches the person I am gifting to.

Hard to find location with a staff that just want you to buy the most expensive flowers when asking for their recommendation. Moreover, all the flowers are double the price youd find anywhere else

Beautiful unconventional flower shop, offering a wide range of ornamental arrangements. I went there the 13th of February to order 1/2 a dozen of red roses to be delivered next day, Valentine. The roses were 35 aed each, beautiful red roses with a black shade on the outside petals. All set up on spot: card with my message, delivery location + time, person to receive the roses. They ask my number and the receivers number as this was their policy.The next morning they called the receiver to confirm the address (?) and to tell that later on there was a flower delivery!Surprise was ruined... as it was not a surprise anymore.I guess this shop works more with hotels, weddings and shop decorations, where they can freely contact sender and receiver of the flowers to arrange delivery time. To my experience theyre not accustomed to deliver single bunch of flowers to surprise your loved one.I called them on Valentine day to express my disappointment but they didnt even realise the mistake; no sorry, nothing.
