The worst service. They gave hardly any advice on how to look after the Orchid my husband bought me, except to water it once a week, which I did and it started to die. I messaged them for help and they said to water it less, but it still continued to die. 1 month on, I took the plant out of the ceramic to see if I could salvage the flowers. Inside the pot I found a pool of water, because inside the pot was plastic wrapping, not allowing all the water to drain out. The pool of water completely destroyed the roots. What a waste of money. I messaged them to ask why this plastic wrapping was there as it is retaining all the water, they kept repeating that I was watering the plant to much, all I did was follow their instruction which was minimal. No matter how much or little I watered it, the pool of water would still be there, and Orchids are not meant to sit in water. I asked them for advice on how to save the plant and they couldnt offer any advice. And they call themselves a florist. I resorted to google!

The worst experience Ive had with delivery!! 7_8 hours and my order not delivered yet!!!Worst management and customer service everThey never picked up my calls.. They didnt have a clue about their delivery manAnd still was mistaken with the order!!! And there was missing thingsThe worst place and service everNow i wish I read the reviews about this place before because obviously Im not the only one and they still dont care.. I will report definitely and Ill make sure to put a review about them everywhere and on every website that would care about reviewsBecause they clearly cant do the work so i dont know why they still working!

Thanks for screwing up a Valentines Day delivery today by not having a wonderfully thought out card attached as instructed and also making me stay at work late to pick up my flowers from a delivery person who is not from Garden Tulip. I know I am lucky to have someone send me flowers, but we are not so lucky for having gone through you. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

Sadly I would change my rating after a year of this. I use this flower shop as it is convenient and close to my workplace however they mess up my flower arrangements time after time. And guess what this eid they charged me for 5 stems of flowers, used 3 or might be even less and wanted to charge me on top of that for vases which in total cost less than these 2 stems they have taken from me.They dont respond efficiently and always take around 5 times of explanation and arguing for the arrangement to look presentable. Honestly i am very disappointed, they lied and now owe me money and of course on top of all, are not responding. Truly disappointing.

Got a suprise call earlier today that they needed to deliver flowers to me. Unfortunately the sender had given the wrong address of my office so i asked them to deliver at my home address. All okay for them and they confirmed. Now 5 hours later still no flowers and they refuse to pickup the phone or reply to my messages. Flowers have been paid for so if i dont get i will report this.

I wish there was an option for 0 starsWorst delivery schedule ever. Can’t depend on those guys. No communication skills and customer service. They stopped answering the calls. Never ever again
