I checked couple of florists to send some flowers to Dubai from the UK for a birthday.I found the quotation of Better Flowers was very reasonable and no delivery charge.They called me couple of times and and also added an additional item without any extra cost. My daughter arrived in Dubai to start her new life and I wanted to send her some flowers. I found Better Flowers who offered a good selection at reasonable prices. Unfortunately I put the wrong delivery address down and they were unable to deliver them. A lovely man rang me and explained what had happened and offered me advice for my daughter about getting a Dubai SIM card and said if I sent the correct address they would try again. They then managed to contact my daughter through WhatsApp and within a short time had delivered the flowers. They were beautiful. Better flowers offered an amazing service and their number is now saved to my phone and I will definitely use them again.

Customer service is spectacular. It was amazing. I am currently here in the Philippines but Mr. Osama (Owner) did great. His patience and coordination is above and beyond my expectation. Awful customer service. Didnt deliver flowers on time and even didnt apologize. Just saying that they are too busy. Please hire professionals, who can provide good service, speak proper English and will keep customers satisfied. In addition, its been almost a month. I am very impressed with that place .Made urgent delivery order of flowers late at the evening (10 pm) and asked for a surprise delivery in two hours (by 12 am) 😍 and they made it 🥳Bouquet was even better than on the picture , Huge and fresh 😍They even managed to write a card ( by hand ) in Russian language 😄Very good service , I will definitely use it again and suggest to everyone 👍🏽

It’s not Better, It’s Late!!! My order was delayed for 2 days! I placed my order on February 13 and was delivered by February 15. I told them to deliver the same day. I keep on trying to contact them but to no avail. They keep ignoring my calls and chats despite being online. And the very worst is that the flowers they’ve delivered is very different from what I ordered and it’s so frustrating.

This was such a bad service, they said its the same day delivery and I had ordered one day in advance, and still they did not deliver. The worst part is that they were ignoring my calls and whatsapp despite being online, this is by far the worst service I have encountered in Dubai, and I do not recommend anyone to try it.PS: IT has been 9 days after my order was not delivered on time, and they still did not refund me and keep ignoring my calls.
