Unlike before where your deliveries were the same as those you have in your published samples, in this recent order, the delivered flowers dont appear to be as fresh and well-arranged as in the samples you published. However, I assume that this is due to the effects of Covid19, i.e., restrictions in movements of workers and supply of fresh flowers. However, i noticed that you placed more flowers in the actual delivered gift than what is shown in your samples and I am grateful for this. Furthermore, the recipient of my gift was very happy with the gift. Hence, I have no complaints and i rate this service with five (5) stars.

They are professional, amazing collection (you don’t need to come up with your own ideas) and very responsive. The only feedback I have is that you their website (mobile view) is a little bit dated in terms of the design and doesn’t as outstanding as everything else.

They always update every step of the way if theyre going to be late, however, Ive requested on several occasions photos of the delivery so I dont ruin the surprise by asking the recepient if they received my gift. Ive never received a confirmation, while others business provide it.

Worst delivery experience ever,I made an order for a next day delivery not even a same day delivery, they take 60aed for local deliveries which is way over priced, yet I chose the shortest time slot as well as I mentioned on my order i need it by 11:00am next morning, next day 9:30am i called them and double confirmed i need it delivered by 11:00am, I got an email that my order is out for delivery and after 2 hours it was still not delivered so I called and they tell me as per your booked time slot we assure you will recive it before 2:00pm as the driver has a route to take. (What??)Taking 60aed delivery charges when your place is 15 mins away from the delivery location and including my delivery in a driver route that takes 4 hours even after i informed you twice how important to deliver my order in the communicated time, absolutely no value for the money, when your main service is to deliver orders for occasions but you cant do it in a timely manner better stop doing this business, i am still waiting for the delivery and half my day is wasted waiting as i need to sit and wait for you to deliver at 2:00pm when i needed my order by 11:00am, thanks for having no respect for your customers time, will never order from this shop again, I do not recommend.

What disspointed me was the flowervase.THE main reasons I ordered Chickadee for my parents was because of its cute Chickadee face and how it could brighten their days...as seen in the picture there is no face to this chick - sort of defeats the whole purpose of getting THIS specific vase.

Pretty overpriced for the quality that comes across. Most of their customers order internationally and dont realize just how insanely overpriced they are. Ordered from them for a friend when I was in Canada and thought they were great. Then I came to Dubai and managed to check out the other options. Turns out they just overload their products with sugar. The flowers they sell are dirt cheap if you get in person. The pricing simply does not make sense. Ridiculous products with ridiculous names. The only thing they have perfected is the art of ripping off unsuspecting foreigners. Eat a raw box of Betty Crocker mix with a bowlful of sugar and itll taste better. Would not recommend. Try someplace else to get better value for your hard earned money.

The whole point of early booking/payment was the surprise on the day. SCAM. Delivery was 3+ hours late and eventually never came. False information when answering calls, with blaming the delay on the recipient not answering the phone (there was no call and instructions were to leave at the place). ruined the Valentine’s arrangement and charged me extra for premium delivery that never happened. I paid AED 599, and they informed me the will refund within 7-10 working days on the 15th of Feb. We are in March and they told me again 7-10 days with a refund amount receipt that they shared of AED 309 instead of the AED 599 I paid. If there was a rating of below 1 or a scam then it would be what they deserve actually.
