I ordered flowers online for mother’s day from 800flowers, they were received on time and very beautiful, but some of the flowers were not as fresh as expected. They asked me today how did I find my order and When I told them that they were not as much fresh as meant to be they immediately sent me a new fantastic bouquet, it’s even bigger and fresher than the one I originally ordered. I’m very disappointed with the service one of your staff today. Im a regular customer on this brunch, but today I am so disappointed with the service from one of your staff . Every time I came I always choose the flower which I preferred, but today this staff not allowed me to choose the flower, I do understand if the company policies. but the way that he respond to me is rude. The other staff were never saying or act as rude as him, i don’t know his name but he is a bit elder guy and big stomach that’s all I can describe his appearance. I came almost closing time but this action as a customer is not acceptable. This is the first time He served me but apparently my friend in the early evening facing the same attitude from him to her.

I was impressed that the delivery was on time and the flower arrangement was done well. The low rating is because what I ordered was not what was received, with no communication about this. I ordered one decorated foil balloon and two rose metal coloured balloons. Instead of the one decorated foil balloon, two differently decorated foil balloons were sent. This was never communicated with me, the buyer, and I dont appreciate 800flower just assuming that I will accept what I didnt order.

Website and ordering is all good but it doesnt reflect reality. Flowers were cut off the stems and put on a foam and some stems were placed in the vase to make it look like they were full length flowers. Ordered vase was supposed to be blue but instead got colorless glass vase with blue water in it.
