Worst customer service ever. I have not seen such service in the uae or anywhere else in the world. I ordered 4 small flower bouquets. They charged me AED 1,400 for them and they did not even last a night. Two weeks later they sent me a bill for AED 40 for some fake decorative beads that they used and my maid threw away. Not just that but the owner came to my place to tell me that she doesn’t want the AED 40 because she thinks I need this money to eat and she called me mannerless because I wouldn’t welcome her in my home !! They are literally unbelievable !!

I bought flowers from this store today, it was very bad, flowers looks since2 days in the store, It was for my daughter’s teacher and this embarrass me, I din’t recommend them to anybody want to buy flowers, and I will submit complain to the consumer protection department. I was in a hurry didn’t check the flowers till the moment I gave the flowers to the teachers I found out it should go to garbage box not gift to somebodySpinneys in cedra mall selling excellent flowers compare to this
