Most companies tell you ahead of time that they dont have a product in store. These guys will take your money - then check the store. So when they dont have your product - they then take up to 10 days to return your money. When you write and express your disappointment, they dont even acknowledge your email. Still waiting on my refund to this date. Go shop elsewhere.

All these 5 star reviews are probably paid.Just dont order from this store.I ordered on the 16th of February. Chased them many times and they never called me to update me.Today is the 18th of April I still didnt get an update and I just sent them an email to refund the order... lets see how long that will take.

Awful customer support! Bought a smart watch from them, wasn’t satisfied with it as it wasn’t as described and I sent them an inquiry on the customer support email.. never heard back from them, so I gave them a call and they said they will reply ASAP.. still no response from them and it has been almost two weeks since.

Worst experience ever. I have order creatine (2 bottles) from them. Order submitted successfully. But later, one guy contacted me and said that the ordered brand is not available (which was showing available in the website). Then he given me 2 choices from another brands to select. Then I select another brand which is more pricier. They requested me to pay the remaining amount as cash during the delivery (initial payment was done through card). I Agreed that. After a long week, I received the delivery and I paid the remaining amount as cash. When I opened the box they have delivered only 1 bottle. Again I contacted them, again they are saying dont have enough stock. I need to wait for the next shipment which will take 2 more weeks. Then I told them that I dont required the remaining one please refund the cash. They said ok (anyway they are very good in saying ok and giving false commitment) and again it will take 7-10 days. Still waiting......

Very misleading site ads and poor business practices. After purchase of an instock item. Hyjiyastore representative immediately tried to change the item for lesser grade products. Later Hyjiyastore tried to exclude accessories that were previously included in what I had purchased. After 1 week of fighting I had to request a refund.

I have been looking for a Barbell & Dumbbell set - and was checking online. Most known places including physical stores were sold out and then I come across Hyjiastore - had never heard of them but then they had something that i wanted the 50 Kg Barbell & Dumbbell set. Considering these are COVID times, they were very clear - first please check with us on delivery before placing order. I sent a whatsapp to their customer centre and got in touch with Steve ! Steve was clear and patient with my requirements and was very fast in responding to all my queries (and this was around 11 pm in the night - i had returned a couple of hours back after not getting supplies from any where). Steve asked me to place online order and asked me to share the order # with him. Delivery expected in 1st week of June.Today morning I placed order online and shared details. Steve came back and said that stocks have arrived sooner than expected and I should expect delivery by tom.As soon order was placed i got confirmation on mail and also in 2 hours got a mail confirming same day delivery (today). In 2 hours the delivery guy called me that he was standing outside the door!4 hours from order placement to delivery !!!! have not got this kind of service & more importantly special call out to Steve for the support.As for the product - it looks as advertised - neat packaging and all is in order. Let me start using them now

This is the WORST online shopping website I’ve ever used. I ordered an item that said would be ready in 1-3 days. After not receiving any info or tracking ID I tried calling their number for 5 days in a row, no one even answered. I emailed them they said it would be ready on a certain day. That day came and passed and I received nthg from them. So I called and emailed again for another 4 days and NOTHING and then I just gave up. So UNPROFESSIONAL, unreliable and just horrible experience. DONT RECOMMEND.And btw, the only one good review they have is from the person who replied to my email, he works there and he’s not even customer.
