Super impressed with the customer service. At 1:00 a.m. I ordered an item (a treadmill) online--not directly through them but through an online market. I contacted Sparnod at 9:00 am to confirm product installation on delivery (as advertised on their site and the online market). By 1:30 p.m. their servicemen had delivered and assembled the product. I have seen similar positive feedback about the company on other platforms and was pleased to see that the praise was genuine. (In addition, Sparnod advertises 3-10 year warranties on the online markets as well as their own site--something I dont think anyone else does.)

POOR QUALITY.. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.. NEVER BUY ELSE YOU WILL REGRET

Initially we had some problems with the supplied machine and they have replaced it with upgraded version with additional charges mutually agreed.
