Great gym with many classes, massages, tanning saloon, sauna and a steam room. Had a burning class today with an amazing instructor.On the second floor there is a nice and cozy bar with protein shakes and other healthy food. Highly recommend to try this gym.

I would like to share my experience with Seven Gym. An amazing huge gym, all facilities clean and in good condition. It has everything you need. I love the cafe upstairs. I had an amazing experience at the gym! Attended a HIT class with Jenya and she was very motivating; I really enjoyed the class! The changing rooms are very clean and spacious and sanitized after each customer use! The Seven Cafe also offers a variety of healthy drinks and protein shakes.Totally worth it!

The Manager Adam is extremely impolite, you cant expect to have returning customer based only on the venue. Experience matters and mine was not the best of close to being acceptable. I felt disrespected by the way I was spoken to, there are some minimum requirements for someone to hold such a position in a business which customer satisfaction is the most relevant part for its success.I will not be returning or recommending this gym to anyone.They mislead you with offers and when you decide to sign up they completely change it.

The only reason I joined this gym was because of my trainer whom got kicked out with no prior warning. Now I am stuck with this membership for 1 year. Be careful before you sign up, they make sure they take your money upfront and give you worst service after. Check all other reviews that their took their money upfront and now the clients are stuck. I’ve been to multiple gyms but the service here is exceptionally poor.

It’s a very comfortable gym. There is everything🙌 Different halls for any types of workout and special women’s one. Seven cafe with huge choice of proteins shakes and food. And I like the design of Seven gym, funny graffiti for women’s and men’s change rooms making your mood up. And one more thing, what is very nice for girls, if you forgot something from your beauty stuff or hair band, you will have it in change room. Good service Seven gym👍

Decent gym. Huge letdown to always have a serious parking issue. Paying a year upfront is tough enough, parking 500 meters away and having to walk in the sun is simply unacceptable. You should plan this better and create a proper plan. A premium gym should not ask their clients to walk in the 40 plus degrees through a sandy industrial zone to reach the gym.

I really enjoy training at Seven gym. The atmosphere is amazing. The machines are so profesional. I love the space at the gym The gym has 2 floors. There is Seven cafe, where you can find a lot of healthy food and protein shakes, bars etc all for a good price. Definitely my favourite gym.

One of the best gyms is Dubai, all kind of classes and all possible equipment. A lot of space for social distancing. They have ladies called and special ladies area as well.After your workout you can get some healthy snacks or your favorite protein shake. Check it out.

I went for hit class, the coach was really attentive to us by giving us advices and right things to do. It was intensive but I could really feel a total well being at the end of this training. Apart this, the place is super peace and very well equipped, they also do amazing protein shake :). Go for it !

Decent gym with most equipment available. I have two issues however:1. There is no suggestion box at the reception or other way that I have seen that I use to request for some additional equipment which they dont have. Receptionist just smile and say ok sir, ok sir, well take care of it, have a nice day evening etc.2. For the price of over 5k paid by basic members for a year of membership, the parking situation is nothing short of terrible. Most evenings I struggle finding parking and the only other option is to pay AED 10/ visit to the valet parking. I didnt see any issues in the beginning, but since this is a relatively new gym, it seems to me that their focus remains on adding more and more members without really focusing on the convenience to the existing members.Most recently they have announced that they will be working on the sandy parking to make it solid which will ease the situation. Nonetheless, there absolutely has to be a limit on how many new memberships they give, or else no new parkings will help. If this annoying parking situation continues, I will surely not renew my membership.

I attended HIIT class at Seven Gym. It was amazing as always. I loved the combination of exercises, fun atmosphere as amount of calories we burnt (haha). Always looking forwarded it again!

Nice place but bad management. Over rated, only trying to push their more expensive package and wash out the people that signed up on their basic package. This place has a problem of going back on their word and empty promises.

Loving the fitness life style i am super happy with this gym. The best professional teachers around the place. Everyone make you feel at home. And of course before and after your training you can pass by their amazing cafe for some shake, coffee or a protein bar. I recomend it for sure!!!!

Guys, I mean it, seven gym might be the most luxury gym I’ve seen, but the worst thing is the disgusting location🤢, a gym like seven shouldn’t be in a location like al Qouz! I know that there are so many gyms there but they have affordable prices and they’re not at the same level as Seven gym! (Seven gym is higher of course!) I’ve bought the gold membership and sometimes when the valet took my car I’ve seen a mouse 🐀 and some other things 🤣, that’s why I’m advising Seven gyms to open in another clean location and I will be the first one who will register again. I left the gym because of this location.I know that the review might be aggressive but I said that in public because I want the management to take this as a serious note for them to improve.Best of luck.

Terrible management zero respect for existing clients, would not recommend it to anyone.I have been a member for a year, also all my family and close friends are already existing members based on my recommendation.I take that recommendation back based on the poor level of communication skills and lack of basic managment skills.

I was impressed that they hbe valet service .Equipment here is amazing and the place is large enough you can workout , massage ,cryo etc etc ,The classes are great too. Ladies facilities are always clean space. The unprofessional way the gym is run is shocking!!! They give false information on running an offer for new clients, and when I was ready to pay at the reception, the manager was very rude and told me that there is no offer and that they have the right to change their mind on daily basis!!!! despite it being against DED regulations to change offers as they please, the manager had the audacity to speak to me rudely! Their customer service and professionalism is very poor and need to elevate their standards in dealing with potential prospectives… this is the #1 rule in any business! To top that, the manager requested that I apologize to him! It’s a pity this manager is the front face of a clean and well designed space

I had the same issue.... Adams attitude is very bad as he starts an argument with the customers and then he needs up requesting an apology from the customers. I felt racism against locals from Adam. But over all other than attitude of staff the GYM is very good

Nice place to work out. Many people in the gym so u can make friends as well as good equipment so u can have a good training. Personally I went for a burn class . Loved it . Coach Rana did a good job for us giving the best exercises for a lower body. The location of the gym is in al quoz . Easy to reach

I’m so impressed with this gym!I have been to so many in Dubai and SevenGym it’s beyond good, they have absolutely everything there!You can get a massage after the workout, a Cryotherapy and why not a health meal at the nice bar? I’ll for sure come back there.

The facilities are high-end and clean. I love the music playlist too. I did a HIT ladies workout in the morning, and it was intense but super effective. Our trainer was really supportive, which helped me to keep going. Finished off with a tasty choco protein shake from the Seven Cafè. Thus the experience at the gym led to a good start to my day! I highly recommend!

Fabulous class with trainer Jen. Felt my muscles working through whole session. Jen was very encouraging and enthusiastic and a great coach, would definitely recommend her class.

We can all agree the place looks amazing but is poorly managed,According to the manager they have the right to give u a discount or not based his mood. Makes u feel you are buying a membership in a fish market.Poor lady on reception she gave me an offer (from 6,000 dhs to 5,000) , came back to discuss and pay when i was met with adam the manager who said theres no offer because it randomly changes .. i explained the receptionist offered me this just 1 hr ago , he aggressively turns to her and asked if she did that like it was something wrong and she denied offering it to me (cant blame her , he was so aggressive) this manager needs some courses in emotional intelligence and communication)You accuse clients of being liars and imagining offers like we have nothing better to do in life.Thanks to Adam you saved me 5K and not having to put up with ur disaster parking space and poor customer attitude.

All reviews about the parking are correct. So accept that you will park in the sand.It’s also true about the receptionists and their approach to people - this I can deal with as you come to expect poor service in Dubai anyway.The most appealing thing happened today and I was surprised that the receptionists never noticed it. Three patrons stood around a machine vaping in the middle of the gym. I pointed it out to the cleaning attendant and he was equally shocked. They are concerned about masks and adherence to social distance but an accepted public health policy of not smoking in public areas is flouted. I was so shocked and simply left.The only truly good thing about it are the cleaning attendants who are extremely vigilant but patrons don’t flip the cards so they are constantly checking. And the cafe staff are equally passionate about their jobs.

Overall great gym, nice facilities and clean. Variety of classes that you can choose from.

I have been in Dubai for nearly 14 Years now. I was using the Seven Gym when I had a membership with Privilee but due to many problems from Privilee I stopped the membership. I always say that Privilee is a good idea but with a very bad service. Pls see my review to Privilee.The Seven Gym is quiet gym and I liked doing the Cardio there specially the Bike Stationary and also doing Shoulders as they had the Shoulder Chair. For other Muscles I always found some missing machine so depend on your weight training workout exercises the gym would be suitable for your workout or not.The Change Room is clean and tiddy and the locker is nice. Just some members don’t adhere to the nudity rule. There is also a small place to pray so it was good thing. They have a salon and cafeteria / Café among other things. The ladies in reception are always nice.There was one main problem which was the Parking since it was very small entrance / exit. In fact My Porsche car got hit while going out of gym seven as one member opened the door while going out from the gym parking, since the space is very narrow so when the member opened his driver door it hit the mirror. He offered to pay for the broken mirror but I fixed on my expense as I thought it would be waste of time. Parking outside the gym would be in the sand. The area of course is not that good area, maybe in future it will be better.I informed Privilee at the time to speak with the gym management about the parking but as usual Privilee don’t care about the members and they didn’t do anything. I didn’t send it to the Gym at that time since I travelled then the Quarantine started.Last July or August I wanted to join the gym and send them an email but I never heard from them so didn’t try to call them.

Recently signed up and have been using the facilities frequently. I rarely write reviews, but I hope I can help people looking into possibly signing up. Below are my thoughts on key points raised by other reviewers:1. Facilities: Very clean and the staff are always there to clean after you, be it by wiping down the machines after usage or even vacuuming the floor. Great for hygiene in these times.2. Parking: You either park your car outside on the gravel (you also have the option to park on the pavement if you arrive at specific times, otherwise it’s AED10 for Valet).Personally, I have never encountered any difficulty finding parking so far, so all in all not a negative point for me.3. Reception Staff & Staff as a whole: Everyone is nice and professional from the receptionists and the guys manning the cafe upstairs, to the staff ensuring the machines remain clean. I’ve been to various gyms before and I can tell you that if you’re looking for receptionists that constantly smile at you, cheer you up, and are open for constant chit chat and small talk, then this is not the gym for you... So far the receptionists have been professional, courteous, and answered any questions or doubts that I had about my membership or the gym, so no problems there.4. Bathrooms, changing rooms.. etc: The only drawback for me is the lack of a sauna room, which I’ve had in previous gyms, but again, it is what it is and I’m personally pleased with the facilities inside, especially the cleanliness.5. Membership Packages: I’ve seen some reviews mention that they’ve been misled.. etc. My personal experience was pleasant; everything was explained to me in full and I was taken on a tour before I signed up. Moreover, I was given a follow up call from the team at Seven to ensure my experience has been great so far. Safe to say I’m pleased.6. Personal Trainers: This is the first gym I’ve been to in Dubai where PTs are not pushy and genuinely help and guide you as friends if you have any questions (they don’t try to sell you their services.. etc)That’s all from my end, and again, this is my personal experience, and I have to say if you’re into CrossFit and the like, this is the gym for you as the majority of the ground floor is dedicated to that!Thank you to the Seven team for the great service so far, especially to Kevin & Fred for their positive vibes!
