I am love with Motion Ladies Fitness. What I mostly love about it is the fact that i dont really have to convince and push myself to go.. i just do.. happily do unlike any other fitness gym or center I have ever been to..Trainers are amazing not only on a professional level but on personal as well.. all the other staff members are really nice and supportive..It feels like home..

A fresh, bright, beautiful and super clean studio. The variety of classes makes me always excited and motivated to keep training. The trainers are all professional, fun and they truly care. The fact that it is a Ladies only studio makes it a relaxing and a warm experience. It is a rare place to find in Dubai.

Do not bother registering, once you register you wont find a spot in any of the classes, they tell you to book in advance, even when you book more than a week in advance the class is still fully booked or this class cant be booked online if the gym can not accommodate more than 9 people per class, why take on more memberships than the limited capacity. Very disorganized, inconvenient and unfair and i do not recommend it to anyone.

This is the worst experience I have ever had in my life. I never complained when the instructor didnt show up for class at 7 am with no prior notice However, now that I have injured my both knees and with a proper doctor medical prescription they prefer to get my 5 left s sessions rather than freezing then so once I am recovered after physiotherapy I can attend classes again. A very short shighted business and a very cheap behavior for what is supposed to be an exclusive service.

My absolute favorite place to workout, and one of Dubai’s hidden gems. The facilities are not only amazing and but you feel comfortable from the moment you walk-in. Instructors Antonija & Sinead are not only amazing at what they do. But they make you feel always engaged, super happy, and make working out actually fun!
