Reception staffs are very welcoming , gym is crowded smelling and they allow more than double members where you dont have space to stand so forget about using the machine with peace , no water for drinking still , how many years they will use corona situation as an excuse to save money and not providing drinking water ??? gym manager should take a look about crowd of the gym which is not safe even u wear the mask , everyone breaths on everyones neck because overcrowded gym , and please keep drinking water for sake of humanity in this summer ...

Fitness First, a decent gym thats all I could say, they do have all the equipments, but for a fresher like me who wishes to get into shape, it was a bad experience. First of all heavily priced, then for a trainer I need to pay 1500 plus and that too for a certain amount of sessions. I wont recommend this gym for beginners, those who are already in good shape to maintain their physique they can definitely consider.

Gym machines are good , cleaning staffs are doing good job , personal trainers are not cooperative and act arrogant when you want to do supersets to finish , im paying for this facility , if a personal trainer have his client in next row he should wait until im done , or he need to be friendly to share equally, not arrogant , i faced this when i was finishing my superset , the arab male trainer with long hair ( dont know his name ) was very rude which is unacceptable from a trainer ,they need to be trained on manners & mental heath than physical health ....ill recommand this gym but not personal trainers .

The place to make you fit and healthy

I still have to explore at lot at this place but so far Im loving it. With the ample number of equipments for cardio, weights, TRX and even for functional training, one will not be easily bored with the same routine over the course of the week. In addition there is the studio that offers les mills classes, yoga, rpm, cycling, corb and 6D which is well spread out during the week.The cafeteria is well maintained and they offer amazing varients of protein shake and FREE coffee. Staff is helpful and friendly. All in all a nice place to work out.

One of the best locations for Fitness First! Excellent parking attached directly to Deira City Center. Stunning skyline views from the cardio area and the classes are great. Cannot beat Les Mills Body Pump, Body Attack and RPM!

Writing this review again after I checked with other FF club Managers who told that my case could be handled better.-------------------------------------------Lockdown Voucher :1- it will not be added to your membership unless you ask for that.2- even if you dont ask for it and they dont add it. the 2 months lockdown will be burned day to day at the end of your regular membership (So anyway it will burned if you dont ask for it)-----------FF in their lockdown notification you never told that there is a voucher and the member have to ask for it (Poor Communication ) - oh yes sorry, you mentioned T&Cs applied, ok next time I will hire a lawyer to check your T&Cs,The above condition (About that member have to ask for the voucher to be added) is mentioned on the T&Cs of the voucher it self. but sorry I never seen that voucher, I never know about it before.------Result :My membership is cancelled while I was supposed to have 2 months. and they offered me to access the clubs manually, sorry I paid for platinum membership, I dont accept to enter the club manually.-------Conclusion : I am now member of your first competitor GN, where I dont need a lawyer to read the T&Cs.------Please dont call me. I know you are protected by your T&Cs, but I cant afford a layer.

The gym smells so bad. They use smelly ..cheap the sanitizerWhich stick to our clothes and the machines.Other note is that they cut the water supply.. why they dont provide bottles.? We are paying for that

Nice gym, great location due to it is near the metro and also there is free mall parking. Gym is big enough but evenings are crowded and shower rooms are limited too. But definitely worth going there.

Generally a nice branch of Fitness First, different kind of machines are available also staff are helpfull if you ask for support, I have spend months of exercise in this branch, the main thing I dont like is that the gym usually very crowded especially in week days so you need to keep waiting for everything till others finish, hope that the gym can bring more machines to avoid waiting time as the number of available machines not enough compared to number of members, Membership and private sessions prices are quiet expensive , hope if they can provide better offers.

Gym is good but unless u take personal trainer .no one will care ..no one helps out..u need to pay min 1800 aed per month for personal training apart from gym membership fees.that is tooooo high

A highly sophisticated and well maintained GYM that equips the best of best machine in class. The washroom and shower area are pretty clean and has got a very nice dedicated locker area.Its completely worth it to take a membership from them.

I registered online for free trial and went to check the gym out but when i reached there the front desk was not allowing me in all and i requested but they were not helpful at all and asked me to pay 105aed, would never suggest anyone to visit because of their false advertising and poor customer service.

One of the best gym in Port Saeed area. Ease of access as it is located within City Centre Deira and plenty of parkings in multi parking sections of mall. they have got great equipments in fact they have brought in more equipments and was told they are in the process of bringing more equipments before end of 2019.Staffs are friendly & helpful, facilities are well maintained, neat washrooms however management needs to refurbish the Sauna area.

Used to be a good place to workout and freshen up but in the last one year the brand has turned into a careless gym that keeps the changing rooms and toilets really dirty and smelling bad. The equipment are world class machines but the after workout facilities need some care. Stained towels... worms in the washroom and so onn.

Unprofessional staff. And management did not even apologised for what happened after I decided to cancel my membership. Not worth the price you are paying for every month.

I called and asked about membership. The person on the phone took my name and number down after a lot of miscommunication and trouble. Right after I gave my information, I was put on hold and transferred to another person. I repeated my question about membership and pricing only to be asked for my phone number again. After I gave him my phone number, he told me the prices, which was not in my ballpark. I told him the prices I was expecting, and he replied Then Fitness First is not for you in a very condescending tone.What needed to be 30-60 second phone call turned out to be a 3 minute phone call only to be told off. Perfect way to turn away a customer.I will never go to this place just because of the service.

Equipments eighter need to he refurbished or changed.The window glass panels sun protections screen on top needs to be changed as they are transparent. Because of it its too hot inside.

The Gym equipments are good and well inspected by the technogym group for the safety of users, the one i dont like is the limited towels becuase sometimes we use for steam and sauna then it happens that it get wet after and also we are sitting inside and getting atain some of sweat of others and i need to have an extra towel. The main problem is some of personnel who gave the towel are get mad and i know that it is oit privelege on how many towels we get for some reasons (soiled, wet, dirty&yoga).
