Most equipment are available. Clean and maintained facilities. Lots of trainers and cleaning staff around. Could use improvement in boxing equipment only.

Im a member of fitness first and last couple of month I couldnt able to use the gym so I inform them to cancel the membership and they asking extra AED 199 for cancelation. its so bad and poor response from fitness firt Burjuman. Fitness first Burjuman always tricking people to be payed.

This has been my home club since 2009. There have been a lot of disputes along the way, but there have been also lots of good things that happened in here. The staff here are generally good such that they will try to accommodate your requests. Lots of changes have occurred but I can say that this gym is still better than some other clubs that are charging on the same rate.

They seem to be having good infra/space/equipments . However, I have not really experienced their gym personally.I just went a few times for swimming classes for my child. This was mostly waste of time/money. In the 12 classes that she attended for 945 AED, she didnt learn much at all. All that the coach had to say for that was shes ready for level 2.All in all, swimming coaching was purely a money making enterprise by dividing it into 10 levels. They wont even let the kids practice in the pool, beyond the 45 mins class.

Among the best gyms in dubai and the biggest fitness first club in the world, really big and spacious, has all the facilities, friendly staff although the membership prices are really high

All family members have now joined different programs in FF. The pool is amazing and Ms. Rose the swimming instructor is patient, encouraging and great!

Hello fitness first I am highly disgusted by your employees and membership sales people. I walked into fitness on the 31st of August to request about the pricing of their memberships and the guy sales employee called Alex took me around their facility and showed me everywhere, then finally after beating around the bush so many times he told me the fees and it is expensive, I cant afford it so I made it clear to him that I cant afford that price, Alex the employee told me that hed give me an offer with a membership of 4 month which I have to pay 203 dirham on the 1st month and 245 for the rest of the 3 months, but I need to submit my bank details. I made it crystal clear to Alex the employee that I do not own any bank account as of now as Im currently on visit visa in the UAE so it will not be possible, Alex the employee severally tried to lure me in by telling me to pay for the membership then go get someone elses bank details for final registration, I told Alex that getting people to give up their bank details is a very hard task and that I need to go home to think about it, but Alex continuosly kept telling me to register which I ended up doing so because I wanted to begin my fitness journey so bad, I paid a sum of 203 dirhams, I gave Alex my passport copy and also signed the membership form, hoping I can find someone to give me their bank details according to alex. Two days later Ive been unable to convince someone to let me use their bank details because, I returned back to fitness first at burjuman where I had paid my money and they told me unfortunately they cannot process my application which I had paid for and I can also not get a refund. Now my money has gone to waist, I cannot use a facility in which I paid for. I have been lied to and cheated by your employees

Clean place, Nice equipments. But it was quite disgusting to see someone drying their slippers and private body parts after shower using common hair drier in gents washroom.

Its a nice place with latest equipments but training sessions are not good unless you pay so much money , if you pay less or take only few classes you will not be taken seriously. So its an average experience, not a great experience .

I introduce more then 6 new members when I joined your gym. but when I left in emergency and after one week I confirmed to customer care that i cant continue because of emergency. They told me no problem. But now when i deposit cash in my bank account then you deduct all pending amount from my account. My flat cheque got bounce and they charge me AED 800 plenty (Bank plus landlord) for that. when your customer care already clear with me about membership then why u deduct that amount. I give you good business and in return i got a loss. i will never suggest to anyone to join you and i will tell me friends to change their gym.

As a member i would like to share few things regarding the gym facilities, dumbbell sections lacks adequate weights, multiple dumbbells with medium weights has to be added like 5kgs - 10kgs, i only saw 2 pairs of each size. As most of the gym users work on these categories. As they do not have machines to work on for biceps we very much rely on traditional dumbbells. No sufficient barbell locks available. Few Equipments are old and need replacement as they cannot be considered to use, at-least at fitness first standards. Only 1 exercise bike in entire gym, which is a hassle. At current situation while Social distancing has been mandatory most of the gym equipments have been covered to maintain social distancing, hence filling up the gym with new members and crowding them, knowing there are shortage of equipments doesnt make sense.

Awesome space. It has large swimming pool which is temp controlled, then separate rooms for all fitness exercise like zumba, combat, yoga. Yet to know about staff since I just joined but I am excited.

Crowded + noisy members that shout even though theyre lifting 20s. The staff doesnt seem to care too much as well.

Still no action take. Because of your staff wrong information update ion. I lost AED 1200.Such kind of irresponsible staff and management dont deserve good stars. Worst gym experience till date. This is my favourite place for exercise.

I had a PT session booked at the gym but my membership had expired. The staff knew I was going to renew but they refused to let me in until I renewed it. For someone who has been a loyal member for so many years, this is not how you treat them.

They have good equipments

None of the items you left behind in this club gets ever returned. Staff appears to not care at all. You called for an item and the staff would only work on it after operating hours. Defeats the urgency and increases the chances of not finding the item further.Way different from other clubs.

They are not genuine people. If you want 1 month membership they charge 2months membership 199+199 and charge of extra 100 AED for not joining for 3months

Hi Fitness center, despite having good facility You need to have humble customer service also. All customers should be treated equally. I have also faced arrogant customer service by one of your front desk kabayan lady. If someone is asking or inquires about something doesnt mean you need to ignore and attend their fellow kabayans first. Its insulting on the part of a potential customer. At time of attending my query the tone and reply wasnt polite instead it was as if i was asking some personal favour. Note that this happened when there wasnt much crowd So there cant be any excuse for that.

The gym is one of the largest in UAE. The advantage here is that they have a pool and is inside Burjuman Business Centre. Ample space and the staff is pretty much good in terms of customer service

Nice place for fitness priorities. Visited for membership here. Staff is nicely treating you as customer. Space is not as much open as there are multiple floors and swimming pool is quite good.

Swimmingpool for „real“ swimming. If you go for a day pass you can leave the gym and come back. That was perfect for my 15h of transit time. The stuff was amazing. Thank you 🙏🏻

Overcrowded during peak hours and less weights you will have to struggle finding weights during workout, more attention to cardio section.

Ive had a miserable time cancelling my membership.. Applied for it nearly 6 momths ago.. They are still deducting money from my account as they managed to misplace my cancellation form.. Ive come to accept that the team down there is simply incompetent and I am probably not going to get my money back.. If youre not a big fan of unnecessary headaches, I would highly recommend staying away from this place!

The FF in Burjman is much better now after renovation. Price wise, it is very expensive compare to similar gyms In Dubai. I was a FF member from 2012-2019 and recently ceased my membership because of the price. I recommend to look other gyms around.

Terrible customer service, especially when one wants to terminate membership after any length of time. The reception staff, the Centre manager and their email infoff@ that they are mentioning will respond after a week and refer you to BJ centre n nobody will call you from the centre and they all play a game with you to make sure that they penalise you for two months at least. Even if you go personally as I did, they will do nothing and even after umpteen follow up calls they will still collect all their money.Trainers are good but sorry cant say the same for Customer service. Money hungry..

Terrible customer service.Was spoken to by someone at the reception desk - possibly the manageress recognised by a photo on the wall - in quite an abrupt rude uninterested manner when asked by a friend a question after she replied asking him something and before he could answer she said ‘whatever’ never allowing him to speak.

Honest review based on my personal experience post visiting the First Fitness Gym - Burjuman as a guest today (04-Jan-2020) :Pros:1. Top notch facilities available (Big pool, Sauna, neat toilet, Lockers, Towels etc)2. All types of training and classes available (weight training, strength training, Cross training, Zumba, Bollywood dance training, Aerobics and Yoga classes, Personal assistance, Diet charts and guides, etc.)3. Very spacious and not crowdy (@ around 8.00pm time today. Not sure if its crowded during other times)4. Very neat and tidy environment5. Staffs at the reception were polite and friendly.6. One of the top quality gyms that I have seen in Dubai that meets international standard and customer expectations.Cons:1. Poor customer care, and ill treatment of the guest.2. Pricing is too high. Not competitive at all.Inference: Based on the merits stated above, i should have definitely given a 5 star towards review. However, the cons negates it all and brings it down to zero. Please do understand that customers are the king, and if u treat customers badly, that will ruin the reputation of any establishment.The person assigned to give me a walkthrough of the gym was not at all polite towards the end of fees discussion. He started forcing me to join the gym today itself. I reminded him that my purpose of visit today was fee enquiry and to check the facilities and various classes offered, and not joining today itself. Also told him that i need to discuss it with someone today before taking a final decision, and I may most probably join tomorrow itself. He then became aggravated and said he wont be giving me the corporate plan offer tomorrow (corporate plan fee is a bit less compared to regular plans). He acted really unprofessional, and in the end the discussion turned out to be an unhealthy argument and I simply felt like running away from there.The way this staff has behaved is really unbelievable! There is a serious lack of proper customer relationship training provided to this staff. I would humbly request you to look into these matters seriously. And not to mention the high pricing, which makes us think twice before joining, as there are other cheaper options available in the nearby locations.

Terrible customer services, they will take your card details and even if you want a 1 month membership they will charge you for the next other monthsI only went there for 1 month and paid them for 1 month after 11 day when i joined another gym they called me and asked me to pay for this and also next monthsThey actually asked me to pay for nothing!And when you want to cancel your membership they asked for the 2 rest month and also cancellation feesThat means you have to pay AED900 for NOTHING!!!!Terrible terms and conditions and staffs are really rude

Very large area. Ideal choice for group training. Old technology machines and weights.

They recently renovated the whole gym and have brought in lots of new machines. The personal training cost is on the expensive side though.

I personally recommend this place if youre looking for a gym, has access to CrossFit, swimming, yoga, HIT, and weights!

An average gym with a big price tag. The equipment is old and outdated which is weird considering the fact that this is one of the most crowded gyms, Im sure they dont have issues with their finances. Another thing that will get in your way is the 2 hour parking, especially on days when you choose to go for a swim or group class. For 399AED a month you would expect something better. Although this isnt the worst gym out there, youre better off at Golds Gym down the road or Engine Health and Fitness in Jumeirah which have good equipment and are fairly cheaper.

I was very interested to join here in Burjman and I call customer service for package and further details.But the lady who picked the call was like she is not interested to take care a customer like that. Dont know why! the lady was very rude...Dear management, please ask your customer service team to behave properly to the customers.

Its a good place to work out however the equipment they have are really old specially the weights and plates in the group exercise room.Ive seen pictures of new branches that just opened and I can clearly see that there are certain machines that this branch does not have. They seriously need to upgrade their machines and equipment.Staff is okay but they do seem very unresponsive. They will however constantly bug and disturb you with calls and reminders to renew your membership even though you have confirmed several times. I know its their way of business but it is very disruptive and unprofessional specially for someone who has been a member for 4 years now.

Best place for workout, yoga, zumba, workout classes with trainers, equipped gym for mixed and for ladies, swimming pool, sauna. Highly recommended.

Gym is in a great location but very poorly maintained in terms of hygiene. Most machines need replacement or massive repairs. Trainers are unfriendly and you will never find helpers on the floor

Great gym, not so great members.. No one ever stacks the weights back in place or wipes their sweat of the equipment. Staff are friendly and always happy to help.
