Two stars because I had a meeting there and the outcome was good. Dont go here expecting basquaise food.Service: very rude and brusque. I was greeted by a portly older man in a chefs jacket. I told him Im meeting two people and they have made a reservation, Im early. Gave him the name of one of the ladies and clarified that Im not the one that made the reservation so Id wait till the others arrived. He said, Well I can tell youre obviously not (American name). So okay. How utterly uncouth and typical sexist racist old fogey behaviour.Food: How on earth is a bloody tuna melt a basquaise chefs special for lunch?! Do these people think their patrons are stupid?Service: awful. My plate was cleared with no warning while I was eating. Apparently, if you put your fork and knife down between bites, your plate will be removed.Manners: zero. The waiters were grouchy and kept hitting the back of my head without even an apology.Pretty sure the kitchen atmosphere is dreadful and thats the reason for the nasty negative vibe here.
