MOST DISGUSTING AND UNSANITARY RESTAURANT EVER! Yesterday we went to their restaurant to try their food as theres a lot of crowd so we thought the food is good, only to find a dead INSECT FLOATING in our soup. We spoke to the Manager nicely without making a scene, and he apologized, but this doesnt validate the fact that their kitchen is not up to the UAE food handling standard. Also, we will report this to the authorities as this might affect the health of the people who consume the food that they serve. Especially now that theres a pandemic, they need to level up their cleanliness.

Just have a late night food trip in a cold night. Food was tasty and location is perfect too. Also Price is reasonable.

Food was great. Friendly staff. Fast service. We did not wait long for our order to arrive - went there dinner time after work at 8pm. Batchoy tastes like home. Although, the outside eating area needs a more sweeping and a little make over.

I ordered for my lunch about Past 3 pm till now i have not receive my food. The ryder call me and said to come out but in different location. Now its past 5pm aproaching 6pm and food still not delivered.

Food is ok, nothing new. The batchoy is not as we expect. Sweet kare-kare, the rice need to reheat. Halo-halo less ingredients. We told that theres a fly inside the restaurant and the staff dont even bother. Needs improvements on food & services. 😑

Food is good and on a reasonable price with huge servings. Only problem we had was that the waitress is a little rude, probably tired since it was already closing time when we visited and we were the last customer (but thats not an excuse for poor behavior).

Very bad service in terms of food delivery. After one hour of waiting, i follow up the order if already on the way. They told me that they just enter in the system my order and just going to prepare the food. If Im not paid by card this order, better to cancel as my hungry already passed. This is the 2nd time happen. Never going to order again on this restaurant.

First time to try their Laing and it was VERY SALTY. It’s like we are eating Taro leaves soaked in brine. Better remove it from the menu. Definitely not gonna order that again.

Really good Pinoy food, famous for its beef bulalo! Its really yummy and huge quantity.. Also the beef sisig was nice

Its a good place of you want to have a taste of the classic silog filipino meals and yet, they offer a variety of selection that is definitely a must try especially the batchoy! They definitely nailed that one!!!

We used to take our dinner after work in La Paz batchoy restaurant with friends and based on our previous experience it was good. It was my first experience to order chicken barbeque meal and i was so disappointed. “ Ang tigas ng laman at parang Ininit lang ng ilang araw”. Even the waiter upstair is not that much approachable. A friendly advice To the management of this restaurant please enhance the customer service & hired a competitive employee who can work under toxic hours. PLEASE🙏🏻

Food is good but pls tell your staffs to wear mask all the time as it is the safety standard protocol.i had to ask your server to wear his mask while he was taking our order.Sceptical.he wore his mask until his nose but remove it right away after taking the orders and brought us our food again,with no mask.you are in the food industry,you.must be at at least meticulous of the health standard most especially this moment of time.Rules has been imposed,obey it.thanks

Just came today and ordered patatim and duck caldereta , i was expecting a meaty food tatatim which looks like same as the picture but then i got disappointed when the food came with just bones and full of cabbage and beans, i was about to leave but decided to write a comment/ review..food taste awesome specially your duck recipe, but need more improvemesnt on the patatim which is not worth the money if you will just serve bones and cartilage.

The La Paz Batchoy taste is not even close to what we have back home...it doesnt even have the basic stuff in it and tastes like beef noodles! The crew is disorganized and the service is poor...they really have to improve the taste and the training of their crew.

The batchoy served didnt justified the restaurants name.👎We orderded batchoy and chicken bbq lauriat. Maybe the cook never tried the authentic Batchoy. The chicken bbq and the pansit with it was served cold. Ok lang sana kahit pre-cooked basta initin lang ng maayos. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. 👎👎

The ambience inside is nice and the staff are accommodating. Presentation and serving of the food is good but the taste is not that great, there is no edge compared to other filipino restaurants in rigga. The free soup is salty, i just put some lemon on it to balance the taste. Same thing with the La Paz batchoy where they tagged as best seller, nothing special about the batchoy about it and salty too. Sizzling tanigue is just plain and simple. Sizzling ribs was hard to chew according to my friend who ordered it. Lastly, the ice tea pitcher was not that cold on a hot day and too sweet also. I hope they improve the cooking since its just newly opened last week. Peace!

Ordered through Talabat.Initial concern was for the delivery guy who was rude and doesnt know how to talk properly to customers. Upon food delivery, he blamed me for misleading the address written (which was right , it was him who read or understood the directions wrongly).He called me twice before delivery telling me that the address was wrong and ended up blaming me when he finally found the address.Secondly, the drink ordered was supposed to be mountain dew but gave me 7up instead .I rang the restaurant and gave my feedback for the drivers attitude and the wrong drink. My point being, they are new and feedback like this will help them in the future.I didnt expect that the manager, Mr.Hassan called back to apologized. It was a good gesture from a manager, taking time to call a customer who has a very petty complain.I wasnt expecting anything in return yet,i received a call again from another delivery guy named cheek, who asked for my address since the manager wanted to give something to compensate for the bad experience with the delivery.It wasnt necessary however,Mr. Hassan let me feel that they value the customers feedback and that we are important.I appeciate the gesture. Thank you
