I availed services from Shekh Zayed Road branch.. The service provided by the Amer team was excellent.. Ms FATHIMA was very helpful and courteous...

Very weak after service ..... I was recommended by the employee to do fast procedure and pay more to get the visa done in 2 hours but nothing was done .... more than 3 days under processing... he should have told me it can be delayed to be more accurate.

The Front End staff were very helpful and the visa process was very easier without any hassle. (Ms.Fathima shana) was very helpful. She explained process end to end and followed up.
