This is by far the worst customer service I have every experienced. You have agents that keep you on a hold for 30 mins and every two min they need to consults their colleagues to repeated say the same statement.While another agent has such a condescending tone which seems like she is not even interested in listening to the situation at hand. My advice to anyone, calling them is pointless. You rather resolve it yourself.

5 star service for their complaint procedure. As long as you provide them with all evidence (emails, agreement or any communications) the matter would be resolved within the time frame stipulated.

I have applied for a complaint against Etisalat company and I didn’t get any solution as they asked me to pay a internet bill for full month because of tech issues.Then i wanted to cancel the line which is not working till the moment after many complaints to Etisalat as the problem comes from their side with the number of complaints and despite of that the TRA still asking me to pay . Disappointed service

Today, I am honored to get Mr. Khalils help and service. Due to some technical problems of TRA platform, I had to drive 40 minutes to the TRA office building for help. Because of Coronavirus prevention and control, there is no staff in the office, and all the office work is online.I am very grateful that Mr. Khalil helped me face to face in this special situation, helped me log on the computer on site and quickly solved the problem that had been bothering us for about two weeks. This was my first visit to the TRA office, which gave me a very helpful experience and professional recognition and confidence of UAE government departments.

I filed a complaint online regarding du on 23 January and this issue got resolved on 26 January, within 2-3 working days! TRA is really efficient and provided me with satisfied solutions. Really appreciated TRAs efforts, hope TRA will continue to support customers with telecom related issues in the future.

I complained about Etisalat Overcharging on Cancelation fee based on something that Is not in their Terms and conditions... TRA customer service called me and said I should read the terms of Etisalat on their website not the terms agreed on the signed contract !!! .. and he said go do whatever you want to do.. Basically the complaint went nowhere and the person supported Etisalat rather than the consumer right...

Facing issue ever since I took du Home starter package. Was offered osn entertainment package but once i got the connection Du denied providing the promised channels. Complained to Du and then to TRA. Seems like there is no justice for common man. Totally lost hope in the telecommunication sector here.

I had a problem with Du they posted some amount on my account which i did not use and no matter how many times i tried to fix it with du and how many month it took still DU people neither understand not help, one day only with TRA was enough to settle it out and give me my rights so thank you Telecommunications Regulatory Authority

Worse customer service ever and unprofessional staff I need to know why do I need to raise two complaints for the same issue... And how many times I need to call the customer service to understand my problem and start to take action to help.. Each call atleast 15min. After all this complaint team closing the complain without solving the complaint. Staff are not welling to assist customers and working in customers service.. Team leaders or manager is impossible to reach them.. Have to fight with the agents after winning the fight will get to the team leader... Where is the support and assists. I need my complain to be resolved ASAP who do I need to reach to...

My mistake was assuming that they will actually help. I dont even think, etisalat itself, was this aggressive and unbelievably unprofessional. They were not even ready to listen to what I was saying; they came back with a feedback that was so distorted and biased to say the very least. Lesson learnt, will not even care to call again.

Filed complaint on 13.8.2020, and until today my issue has not been resolved. No wonder Etisalat customer service doesn’t need to answer enquires , because there is no one who would control what they do. I was told TRA can help but looks like we just need to pay for services we haven’t received. Very disappointed.

Recently made a complaint to TRA against my Service Provider. TRA found it I was correct and resolved the matter. (Though the final stuff is pending from the service provider) It is a great thing that there is some authority to take care of you on the consumer protection.

Wasted my time giving details with evidence against DU only to make me wait for five working days with no resolution. I dont see the point of having this body setup since they cant regulate how customers are being treated, swindled and mislead by telecommunications industry and their third party agent . I was complaining regarding extra charges for DU. They didnt help me at all, they told me to open case in the court. Du is charging me extra for almost 4 years and in this country I obviously dont have any rights. The are all government sectors working together in order to steal money from the people. Unfortunately costumers dont have any rights in Dubai. These agencies are made to protect DU and agencies similar to them, but not the customers.

I have reached TRA so many times to help me in getting an E-life connection from Etisalat, they always end up siding with etisalat with no further action.It is the year 2018 and I still have no cable connection, and TRA are not available to help.They might help with very minor issues, but nothing close to the real deal, spare yourself the time and give up instead.

I was very statisfied with the result of my complain against Du telecom TRA has guided me and advised me what are the proper things to do when you got violented.I came here and raise a complaint, without any judgement they move on to the investigation of my case, kudos to the local man who interviewed me and listened to my bad experiece without any judgement.Things to remember if you want to come to this placeIn the case of complaining against any Telecom Company here in Dubai:1. You must have the complaint number from (Du or etisalat) printed out.2. Get all the supporting documents from Du and etisalat. (Ex. Billing, )I only stayed there for max 30mins and the TRA told me that they will update me which they did through text message, email and even phone called me.Thank you so much TRA.

This is meant to be a regulatory authority, but they simply didnt investigate my complaint and simply took the word of the telecommunications company. Even when I asked for them to investigate they ignored my request. I suspect they are not independent and the telecommunications companies have influence over this organisation.

تواصلت مع الهيئة لحل مشكلة حصلت بخصوص خطي و باقة تم وضعها بدون موافقتي، اخدوا كل التفاصيل و تم تسجيل الشكوى و خلال ثلاثة ايام عمل تم حل المشكلة بالكامل و خصم مبلغ الفاتورة كله و اضافة رصيد مجاني لخطي كعربون اعتذارشكرا جزيلا هيئة الاتصالات على سرعة الاستجابة و أداء الموظف بشكل احترافي و محترم

I never advise anyone who has a problem with service providers that until he tries to communicate with them or solve the problem through them because he is dealing badly and solving what is in and what procedures do you know who and where to collect them. I strongly recommend those who have problems with telecommunications. This applies to all that difficult with what the operators themselves can not handle! You will have to go here early in the morning, as they work until lunchtime, explain the whole situation, write a statement, giving your id card. The result takes about a week, well, a maximum of 10 days. They are solved very quickly without any fights or problems! Honestly thank them very much for the service!

I regretted because I complained to them, it made matters worse, the opportunities for solutions went, and the Egyptian account manager Karim stuck in a telecommunications company to the point of refusing to receive my calls, being unable to be absent and cutting the call while speaking, many problems, and the last thing that tells you this is the law they repeat on you several times.
