Nov2020: Very fast service, they have a great technology for disinfecting. Not a long waiting line and there were lots of stations to cater new applications.I just hope there was tissue in front of me to clean my hands whenever I had to go over the finger print and also so I can occasionally clean the device. Also, hope there was a waiting shed outside for people who needs to wait for people inside.Overall very satisfied with the swiftness of the process.

Please not the timing SUN - THU 7.30AM to 2.30PM, friday n saturday is holiday. Very convenient location, all the process is very fast.(Both Gents n Ladies ID facility available here)Bus service is available from Al Qusais Metro Bustop (Bus No :13) n Ethisalat Metro Bus Station (F07)Cafeteria also available near by.

19_12_2020 Friday and Saturday off,7:30 to 2:30. Sunday to ThursdayBefore Saturday was working, now Saturday off Good excuse COVID 19 I called customer care no one responded to my call,Only for biometric fingerprint scan I have to take one day office leave.We went today from Sharjah money, time energy all waste, too much upset.....

Very Sad , they close the dept without any information..Its very inconvenient to come here all the way and be informed that its closed. Without any information..😑Please at least update on the system .

Saturday the office is not working and the services are not available. Misleading information on Google as sat timings 7.30 to 2.30. and sat is an off day for the office

I visited last Thursday with my family once arrived the security guys told me that today we are not receiving the customers?They dont care how we came even there was some peoples who came by taxi .. and the output was zero

I have a very very bad experience here! Local ladies are not treating you as human being. People should know how to respect the others. Not only because we are diff person or diff nationality but It should always be neutral. To respect someone is not a bad thing. Be kind to others because we are human also.

Worst service ,the time says upto 4am but it closes by 1pm even that timing we came to know from the nearby guard from medical fitness centre otherwise the timing on the wall sticker says upto 2 30pm.drove all the way to no avail. These guys should update their timings in google as the helpline no is of no use as no one answer the call even after a long duration.

Can i ask regarding for visa exemption during flight suspension?i read some news in the net that you have another announcement regarding the visa exemption that instead of dec 31 2020 grace period.now we have only 3months grace period startimg on may 18 2020?this is true?

Sorry to say it’s a Government authority. Dubai is well known for the systematic approach for each and everything. Here unconditionally the officials have failed to make people happy. Must not give even one star for the system. You have to wait minimum 3 hours.There is no respect for Humanity.

I should give them an average score. You have to wait for some time to do the emirates id process and may take longer due to huge Que . Cannot blame authorities or officers as its quite challenging to handle all customers especially location is at Sonapur. Truth is officers patience gets over after 7 PM and they act rough when they see crowd surrounded everywhere . Many new workers rely on this location especially this place in surrounded by huge labor camps. You should reach at least by 3.45 - 4 PM to get last token (maximum 400 people a day based on my experience - I was the last one - token 400 and all token after that was sent back. I am a lucky bum). Token given after 4. PM is useless as they will tell you to come next day . Car parking is quite difficult as its a labor camp and so filled with buses after 5 PM. Try to avoid family this place if possible . I guess women have special time Try to avoid Sundays and Thursdays. Saturday afternoons expected to be the best time to go in and out. But still nothing is consistent as its purely based on circumstances. Many negative replies is because many labor companies sent workforce after working hours ( too late) and they will be sent back after a long wait and gets annoyed. Try to reach at least by 5.30 if you are group. You will get token even at 7.59 PM but its useless to avoid unnecessary requests and sad faces :D I should also appreciate officers who was working even after office hours to complete the committed token. You should update your info. Info shows open til 4am but it actually closes at 2pm..... Wasted my time driving there.

Excellent customer service! The supervisor was very helpful. Walked in and walked out in less then 30 mins at around 730 pm. Please do note their timings try to get early on time!

One star for the security. He thinks that he is the only one who controls everything there. First he should learn how to behave with peoples. Not even considering aged peoples, the worst guy he will damage the name of all the staffs and office. If he have any pblms he should consult a doc asap...

Waiting outside for more than an hour. The tent waiting ac not working. I suggest not to visit during between 2 pm to 4 pm. You will end up waiting in hot air.

Need to do more on crowd management, if you dont have a couple of hours to spare better opt for other branches, the advantage is it works late hours which is very convenient for people to go after office hours.

Mentioned on the website that it is open until 8:00PM.We came at 3:45PM only to be told that they are closed?Called the callcenter to clarify the business hours and the lady called Mazel said that its out of their control. Maybe the token was already used up. ?? This isnt a good answer nor a good excuse why your putting open until 8pm only to be told that they are closed.Was not expecting this at all.

Peoples are cooperative and friendly.There is no waiting shelter outside for applicants, Difficult to stand in sunlight.

Really not good experience, I had to wait outside for 4 hours in burning sunlight to complete my EID process. I suggest people to go there earlier for availing service. Mind that there is no shop nearby to buy even water.

Saturday ID center open?

Only one staff for ladies section. They didnt even give me the ticket for my mother. I thought its good to go on Saturday but actually its a waste of time. Not suitable location for families also.

The website says theyre open till 0400 (4AM!), but the one Call Center agent said they close at 2200 (10PM) while another said 2130, so we reached it by 2100 only to be told that they close the ladies counter at 2000 (8PM). What an amazing waste of time since we were coming from Sharjah.

Before going there I have called them and they told me that its open until 10 oclock , then I went there and it was so Traffic in my way ... when I arrived there they told me that they are stopped Serve customers today because they are busy ??!!!What Illogical reason?? I do not believe that this is happening in Dubai?
