Not picking calls. Very difficult to follow up after service.

Wrong time mentionee kindly update properly as its closed at 8.40 and when ask Security personal he said its opening time 9.00 plz update properly so that people are not suffered

Their courier partners Zajel service is not responsive. I am waiting from one week to submit my passport for visa stamping but no one from zajel came to collect passport.

Its Been a 1hr almost sitting and waiting for number , where token says waiting Customer 1, all staff are busy in there own world some are busy with there personal work , Some are busy with there Friends . Not Recomadded at all . Customer service dont know anything, agents are on Counter taking Customer without any token might be from there own City .I wish I can give 0 .

ITS WAS MY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE here in this branch, no one helping me on my situation, IM THE ONE WHO PAY to my cancelation but they never give a reciept and all my questions need to call my employer who have contact to this 1 staff there ,very very bad, hope someone can see my reviews and help me about this

Terrible experience. Some staffs at Amer Burjuman are not knowledgeable and are complacent in providing you proper assistance and guidance. You get frowned at and reprimanded if you make certain inquiries or you unintentionally forgot a document. Some would divert you to other staffs to answer your queries without even trying to help. You see male staffs just walking around busy chit chatting and basically doing nothing in the area. Other staffs seems like they just want to finish their shift and leave. Really bad experience and a waste of time. I would recommend heading to other branches for your processing needs.

I didnt expect this fast service. I went to Amer which is near ansar galary Karama and waited 1 hour just to get call my ticket. Unfortunately at the ending my work didnt finish bcz of some missing document. Next day i came to this Amer and all my work is done within 30 min. They are really professional as well as friendly. Miss Maryam is really helpful and super fast.

Seemless. Concise. Beyond Good Service.As i walked to the reception, Ms. ASMA would greet you and aide you in preparation of your requirements. She willingly answers questions with a smile covered with her mask of course.Queing is a breeze with water and tea refreshments, just enough for a short wait during a busy day such as my current visit.I was attended by Ms. MAITHA, as pleasant and as patient as she could be, since i have to sort out my requirements so she can expertly encode my application. She was even nice enough to explain my next steps and where to go to complete my new resident visa application.Kudos also to Mr. Elsawi for accommodating me and for running a very professional and tight ship.This has been a eye opening experience, a taste of how modern and efficient the system works with people that makes government service a delightful as anyone should expect it to be. SHUKRAN!

Issues with both Visa and EID that were processed through here. Tried calling several times, no answer.Travelled down to get a picture rescanned as it was not clear enough the first time they tried. I was met by staff arguing about who has the most work and that they wouldn’t be able to deal with... I wouldn’t have had to go back 3 times if they had scanned documents and photos correctly the first time.

It was a very good experience for me.I would like to suggest them to explain better after each transaction, what to do next, it will be very helpful.

Very happy with the services of Abu Baker ( engineer )at the counter. Very honest and professional. His services are much appreciated.

The staff are not professional at all, specially one supervisor “Jalal”.. i had to go twice all they way to their place to finish my stuff, and it was not completed.. every time i was calling him and he confirm the same. Finally i had to switch to another branch. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

They are just useless team, not providing any details about the process charges or documents needed, I may b called 100 times to them, they never pick up the phone, because of there mistakes I am paying a huge fine for my visa change. Extremely disappointed with the service and never recommend to anyone.

Big thanks to Ms Maryam, the one sitting on the first left when you enter Amer. She’s very accommodating and helpful. She assisted me regarding my daughter’s visa. If not for her, i could’ve spent money more than what i only should. This kind of customer service is very rare nowadays. Amer Burjuman must be so proud of you!👍

Staff not wearing masks and ask husband and wife to maintain 3mtr distance. Horrible service. Government should look into this seriously!

Its very said, public needs the service quicker.First time I waited for 3 hours for Dependends cancellation and at last decided to move to another place which was done quickly at AL TAWAR Center.Today second time I am waiting still in a Q, unfortunately result is same and was not able to make the transaction process due to system error and unprofessional management.The I have moved to 24/7 Amer at Abu Hail...which the same application is done within 15minutes and I got relived.Why we are not faster in process and more professional with experienced staff.Try to Maintain the time of customers, try to add more staff and clear all the transaction on timely basis.Lot of excess staff which are not supporting to customer.Management need to take a quick action on same.

Poor Service provider where one has to visit multiple times from far away as documents are not scanned properly and queries are raised regularly by immigration desk. Waste of Time, Energy and efforts. They need to improve drastically

They made a mistake with my phone number. I told them immediately after they printed my application. The guy said that i need to call the hotline coz they are the only one who can amend. When I called the hotline, they are pointing at this typing center that they are the only one who can change it. So who will I believe now?????

I entered this branch inside Burjuman at 8:30am on 7th April,2019. All the documents were checked and were in order. I was asked to wait and I waited for 2 hours for someone to start the application. There was nobody in the office to start my application. No issues. I have no problem. But then, after 2 hours another male representative told me to keep my passport at his desk and come around 12pm. That is inappropriate request to hand over my passport until an employee turns up.Neglected his request, I walked over to another Amer opposite Burjuman and got my application done within 15 mins! Amazing job. Thank you.

Not adequately staffed. While i was waiting with a token and there were a few staff who were busy chatting with themselves. I waited for 15 mins then i finally left as no one attended and the staff was busy chatting within themselves. I value my time!!!
