There was absolutely no space to sit, the space that was there, was almost inaccessible. Its too difficult to properly get on and off of the turning barstools. (which were the only available seats at the time, for when you are with two or three people). There were also not enough chairs for other regular tables. (1 chair per table).

Such a wonderful spot so relaxing and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Most amazingly Pius thank you for the great hospitality. One of my best KFC outlets near sheikh Zayed road.

No shelter for the customers. Befor /After ordering the food need stand on the hot sun for your turn. This totally unacceptable.

The portions are large, the chicken is delicious, but the sauces are terribly not tasty, compared to Russia.It would be great to see a tomato in a bun someday, because it is very dry.Thank you for the service!

Location might be good, but the quality of its staff, food and spacing is the worst!Staff are extremely rude, food quality was under cooked, and I understand covid-19 seating regulations but what they have going on inside makes no sense - they can create a better spacing plan, if they actually wanted to.I would normally suggest ordering your food for takeout or delivery, but as I said, even the food was of low quality: my sandwich was falling apart like a sloppy joe and my crispy chicken had “red” in the middle.Not going there or ordering from there ever again.

KFC is good all across Dubai. But be careful, always check physically when your order for take away. The staff has a tendency to give incorrect items or missing pieces. And KFC has a very poor customer service team.

I like kfc. The food tastes as it tased 15 years ago when i first had it. The taste is ever so good and especially at every branch. I had a meal at this particular branch, lunch to be exact, everything was good but there was this attitude of the staff that botherd me. They were mean! All of them. Made my experience worst.

Horrible service. I have to specifically point out the African lady who works there who seems uninterested and unwilling to help. When you ask her for special offers, she just point to the menu on top which keeps changing rapidly. You have no time to read and the queue piles up within the tiny store. She simply cannot communicate properly. Please fire her and replace her with competent staff. Im sure you can find people who are desperately looking for a humble job.
